Reliable and comfortable. Great location for freeway access.

Elegant entry and sitting area. King suite room was comfortable and the kitchenette was useful for our trip

The water on hot side got a bad odor, the refrigerator wasn’t working, the front desk make us wait for her to finish working on her computer and she gave us a smoking room which I don’t sign for it.

A consistently clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay that keeps me coming back.
Pros:

Even though my business was in Fullerton and the hotel was a bit of a drive, I still couldn't find a better place than Ayres Suites Diamond Bar. This was my second stay in the past two years, and once again, the experience was excellent. The rooms were cleaner than 99% of the hotels I’ve ever been to, and incredibly comfortable. With the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere, it’s easy to see why I chose to come back. I would definitely stay here again.
