Unser Aufenthalt hier war überhaupt nicht schön, sondern deutlich schlechter als gedacht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Zwei Kaffeautomaten waren defekt, weshalb wir aus der Bar bedient wurden. Der Frühstücksraum war nicht hell genug und das Essen wurde unappetitlich präsentiert. Alles in allem nicht schön.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bestimmt keine 4-Sterne-Kategorie wert, sondern höchstens eine 2-Sterne-Kategorie. Leider wurden hier viele falsche positive Bewertungen angegeben, die überhaupt nicht stimmen – vielleicht von den Betreibern selbst.
Das Zimmer war primitiv eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage war improvisiert und sehr laut. Die Duschkabine aus Kunststoff war improvisiert, das Badezimmer sehr dunkel und die Beleuchtung schwach. Der Teppichboden war voller Flecken usw usw.

Un loc bun care poate deveni mai bun cu puțin mai multă dedicație - Aș reveni
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, variat, dar mașina de cafea merge foarte încet. Pe moment, nu avea lapte. Problema s-a remediat după ce am terminat noi. Patul este comod, pernele sunt de calitate, baia și condițiile sunt de lăudat. Oglinzile nu deformează. Loc liniștit. Liftul pentru etaje superioare este extrem de mic / îngust, 2 persoane plus puține bagaje, atât.

Cons:

La micul dejun, personalul nu făcea față. Solmon , trebuia sa te rogi sa mai aduca si sa le amintesti ca lamaia lipseste. În cameră, când am pornit aerul condiționat, făcea extrem de mult zgomot, insuportabil, ca și cum ar fi să pocnească. Am aseptat, zgomotul s-a redus. Am informat recepția pentru turiștii viitori. Am stat numai o noapte, seara e racoare, deci nu merita deranjul schimbarii camerei.

Calitatea serviciilor este în scădere de la an la an.

De 4 ani de când vin la acest hotel nu s-a mai investit deloc în acesta. Aceleași mochete vechi, mobilier și decorațiuni de acum 4 ani.
Laptele cald din Espressor era stricat.
Doamna ospătar m-a luat peste picior și apoi s-a dus să mă bârfească cu recepționera.

Foarte urat din partea voastră. Anii trecuți am dat de personal foarte de treabă dar se pare ca anul ăsta nu am avut noroc. Este ultima oară când ma mai cazez la voi.
