Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly reception staff.

Big bed, spacious room, quick and easy check in, great location

Cons:

Cleaners opened our door at 9am and woke us up. Bed a little firm. Shower was clean but not too powerful.

La ubicación es inmejorable y la atención del personal muy buena. En general tiene una buena calidad precio.

Cons:

Contratamos dos habitaciones, una de 4 personas y otra de 3. La de 4 muy bien, pero la de 3 tenía un colchón que no se puede poner para dormir medianamente bien. Era casi peor que una colchoneta fina, no se podía dormir bien. Yo no lo sufrí, pero la gente con la que viajaba si. Si ellos hubieran puesto esta reseña, probablemente no pondrían esta nota. Por eso no pongo todo 5 estrellas. Eso sin duda lo tienen que mejorar, no se puede poner ese colchón

One of the best hotels in London.
Pros:

The room was spacious, modern and well laid out. The location is great too very easy to get in and across London. Close enough to the Elizabeth line, Bank and London Bridge for transport, Lime Bikes too. Easily one of my most favourite hotels in London. Great addition of teh coffee shop downstairs with BreadAhead pastries. Direct link to GAucho too.

Cons:

fridge door catches on the cupboard door when closing. But that really is all
