Convenient hotel in a party of the City that has changed positively.
Pros:

Location was excellent and very close to eateries and drink bars. Also right close to various grocery stores. Accessible to at least two tube stations making it very convenient for travel within London. Also a convenient location for access from City Airport which was my original contributing reason for choosing the hotel. Staff at the hotel are empowered and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel common space is very compact and insufficient for the number of guests wanting some common space to make a change from being in ones room or just to meet someone.
Breakfast is not really breakfast but snacks available. Easier to get something to eat at nearby eateries.
