Wonderful experience!!!
Pros:

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is great for families, with a welcoming atmosphere and a comfortable environment.

Our room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. We would also like to give special recognition to Yacine at the front desk, who kindly upgraded our room and provided outstanding customer service. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning in the future.

Superb customer service, fabulous comfy bed, perfect location for our time in London

Bed supremely comfortable, excellent mattress & pillows
Great sized TV in room
Really appreciated the lighting, especially at bedside
Good shower
The 18th birthday "gift" for my son was a particularly nice touch
Great location opposite Leadenhall Market & perfect for a mooch around the City

Cons:

Nothing really, the "club" room was possibly a little small but it was perfectly formed and contained everything needed, it was fine.

Great stay
Pros:

Lovely clean, lovely linen on beds, amazing pillows. Great shower with fluffy towels. Water coolers on each floor with refillable bottles. Very helpful staff. Wetherspoons nextdoor!

W hotelu czysto , śniadania bardzo dobre , położenie idealne , wszędzie blisko , personel miły i pomocny , poprosiliśmy o zostawienie walizek ponieważ chcieliśmy pozwiedzać jeszcze miasto i personel przechował nasze bagaże bezproblemowo .Pani Selgia bardzo nam pomogła i pobyt w tym hotelu był jeszcze przyjemniejszy

Worth to pay a little extra for bigger room - excellent location, wonderful staff

I've now stayed at Club Quarters several times for both business and leisure trips, and it has become my first choice whenever I'm visiting London.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city, while the rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering you're right in the heart of London. I've stayed in different room categories over the past few months and can honestly say that upgrading to a larger room is well worth it if your budget allows.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team I've interacted with has been professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Delia, who consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Whether helping with reservations, accommodating requests, or simply making guests feel valued, she makes everything seem effortless and is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service.

From my first business stay in January to subsequent visits with friends, I've always had a fantastic experience. It's rare to find a hotel that delivers such consistent quality, and I know I'll be returning many more times in the future.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.
