Great location - room not clean though

Location is great if working in the City of London

Cons:

Room was dirty. Hairs on the bathroom floor and room carpet. Surfaces had not been properly cleaned - remnants of previous guests food and drink were present.

Cosy hotel in the City
Pros:

Super convenient location, very clean and cosy room with everything needed (we were even provided with a microwave oven for our child’s food heating up). Our room was facing inner garden, so it was calm and quiet despite bursting City outside. Possibilty to stay with a pet

Fabulous, would definitely return!
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and well presented throughout. The staff are so helpful and there's a lovely coffee shop downstairs.

Cons:

Just be aware of a deposit that's needed upon arrival for room damage which you get back afterwards.

Great location. Smart hotel. Value for money.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the hotel is of a very good standard. There is little interference but staff are there when you need them, 24/7. It is my favourite hotel in London and value for money. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me which is personal but the only negative I can cite.

駅近で観光・食事に便利な立地に加え、設備・清掃・荷物預かりまで行き届いた快適なホテルでした。
Pros:

5月に3泊しました。
ロケーション
　(交通)：地下鉄の駅やバス停に近く、とても原理でした
　(観光)：ハリーポッターにも出てくるレドンホールマーケットの向かい側で、テムズ川も近く、川沿いにロンドン塔やタワーブリッジまで徒歩圏内
　(食事)：徒歩圏内にレストラン多数。
　　　　　町ブラと観光を兼ねて、毎日テムズ川沿いを散歩し、レストランで夕食。
　　　　　9時くらいまで明るかったので、帰りも安全でした。
部屋：コンパクトな部屋で、一通りの設備は備わっていました。
　　　毎日掃除もしていただけたので、気持ちよく過ごせました。
サービス：夕方発のフライトだったので、午後まで荷物を預かっていただけました。

Cons:

期待はしていなかったですが、窓は光が入る程度で、見晴らしはありませんでした。
