Super clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Best sleep in a hotel - ever. Great bed, super clean. Nice bathroom, nice decor, convenient breakfast and check-out times, quiet and good value.

Cons:

Nothing really, it's nice to have a good place to stay in London. Perhaps two hand towels on top of the bath towels would be nice, as had to use bath towel to dry hair.

Good location and price for Bank area
Pros:

The hotel is very well located near Bank station. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The bed was clean and the right softness.

The staff was quite helpful in arranging the self check in process.

Cons:

The internet wasn't the best as it lagged a lot and disconnected often, the self check in process could be improved.

My brother and mother stayed here. The staff were extremely kind to my aged mother. It was a wonderful experience for them. Thank you for your kindness. The welcome they received upon arrival was very very nice.
