Se paga por la ubicación central, no por el espacio ni la amabilidad.
Pros:

La ubicación, limpieza y gran tamaño del baño. El desayuno incluido se toma en un restaurante a 2 cuadras pero fue un muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Primer lugar, la amabilidad del personal en recepción, cuando se le pedía repetir alguna pregunta no fue tolerante al hecho de que el cliente no es un angloparlante. Se evidenció su molestia. Segundo lugar, el tamaño pequeño de la habitación.

This small hotel is located right outside of the London Paddington Station.
Pros:

The hotel is well located right outside of the London Paddington rail station. It was very easy to roll our luggage there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very small. There was really no place to put our luggage. No luggage rack. No room for a luggage rack. We were told ours was an upgraded room. We can't imagine how much smaller the room might have been had we not been upgraded.

Sehr ärgerlich
Cons:

Es war Entscheidungskriterium, dass ich ein Hotel direkt bei der U-Bahnstation gebucht habe, weil ich gehtechnisch etwas eingeschränkt bin. Umso ärgerlicher war es, dass man uns bei Ankunft mitgeteilt hat, dass sie überbucht sind und man hat uns dann ins Schwesternhotel Indigo verlegt, dass ein paar Minuten weiter weg von der U-Bahnstation ist. Da das mit ein paar anderen Gästen auch passiert ist, nehme ich an, dass sie das mit Absicht so machen und nicht ein einmaliger Fehler des Buchungssystems war, wie man uns vermittelt hat. Von einer Hotelkette wie Mercure hätte ich mir mehr Professionalität erwartet. Wirklich extrem ärgerlich!!!!!

Comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Wonderful Stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The Staff were welcoming they made sure we had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again !!

Pros:

The only positive thing was the staff were nice, and location is litterly on your doorstep. Paddington station.

Cons:

Room was not big enough for 2 adults. We had to constantly move out of each other way to get past each other due to the room was way too small. The wardrobes were to close to the bed and wouldn't open fully. Couldn't sit at the dressing table due to the same reason .. too close to the bed. Bathroom was a reasonable size. Room 509.
