Excellent location for Paddington Station
Pros:

Close to Paddington Station. Mini bar was free for water and soft drinks.

Cons:

Very small room. Barely fits the double bed and no room for our suitcases, which we had to leave next to the front door. Bathroom shelves dusty. Could not get to use the safe as cupboard door couldn't be opened wide enough - the bedside table was permanently in the way.

Kommer nok ikke til at benytte mig af hotellet mere.
Cons:

Sengen kan ikke kaldes for en dobbeltseng. Det var et lille værelse, med meget lidt frisk luft. Vi besøgte det morgenmadssted der var tilknyttet hotellet. Og det var meget ringe og hygiejne elendig.

Acceptable and most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Pros:

Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. All very acceptable apart from lack of breakfast room.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't available at hotel as restaurant was being renovated - had to cross the busy road and go to an Italian Restaurant for breakfast

Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, geen aanrader gezien alle andere keuzes in de buurt
Pros:

Locatie is top! Je loopt Paddington Station uit en je bent al bij het Mercure Hotel met veel restaurants in de omgeving. Dat zegt echter niet zo veel over het hotel, maar meer over de omgeving. Dat zou ook de enige reden zijn om het hotel eventueel weer te kiezen, echter zijn er voldoende andere (goedkopere) opties.

Cons:

Kamer is echt klein en verouderd. Kamer trilt regelmatig van de trein/tram die (ik denk ondergronds?) voorbij komt. Daardoor niet heel best geslapen. Tapijt ligt geplooid in de kamer en alles kraakt. Bovendien was een deel van het hotel in renovatie, waarover ik vooraf niet ben geinformeerd. Ontbijt was daarom in een restaurant verderop, op zich prima ontbijt, maar niet wat je wilt als je overnachting inclusief ontbijt boekt.

While room was comfortable it was very small and staff did move us the new room was not a any better

Location was great but the room was quite small for a Mercure hotel. The bathroom was very small I had a more functional bathroom on the cruise that went on.

Overall disappointing
Pros:

Very disappointed that after doing the online check in and getting confirmation email , when we arrived there was no room available for us
We were promised an upgrade in hotel down the street but when we arrived the room we got was not an upgrade
We had to wait until the next day for the upgrade on a two day trip

Bra hotell - hade bokat igen!
Pros:

Vi sov där i en natt bara men det var väldigt nära till stationen, lätt att ta sig runt till andra platser. Receptionen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. De hade AC på rummet och en bra, hård säng. Allt gick smidigt.
