We were looking for a cheap place to stay that was halfway decent. This hotel failed in both regards. It was overpriced for a terrible experience.
The „continental breakfast“ that’s included is literally cold toasted bread and a package of jam.
The room was dark and poorly lit. The AC worked but made the room smell terrible. There’s loud music coming from the pool area the entire time, even with the windows closed you hear the music clearly.
Also not a fan of the location. It’s kind of in resort hell, so there are no restaurants right in the area and no direct access to the beach.
This is the kind of place that young kids might enjoy but young adults traveling should keep looking

Todo estuvo muy bien tanto el cuarto como la limpieza
El restaurante fue muy malo se tardó mucho en las ocasiones que fui lo que se pedía estaba hasta frío tardaban en dar la comida y también cuando se pide la cuenta
El hotel tiene una excelente locación, el personal fue muy amable y nos dieron chance de dejar el carro en las instalaciones antes de nuestra hora de check in. La alberca estaba muy amplia y limpia, al igual que el cuarto. Todas las instalaciones se ven muy limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. Cuenta con AC y ventilador. La presion del agua en la regadera era muy buena. La comida en el restaurante también estaba buena y precios accesibles.

The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was super great to relax on and watch the evening entertainment. Everyone was friendly and easy to communicate with.
The fridge was an extra cost, which is very odd, I did get 2 different answers regarding the cost to use it as well.

Das „gratis Frühstück“ waren zwei Stück trockenes Toastbrot mit Marmelade und warmer Butter.
Und Wasser auffüllen war kostenpflichtig, wobei jeder Kellner einen anderen Preis verlangt hat.
Der Schlüssel von unserem Zimmer hat manchmal nicht richtig abgeschlossen.
We had a junior suite with balcony. The beds were comfortable and the suite was large.
The balcony was nice to have but it faced the street and parking lot so was quite disappointing. We also got locked out on the balcony and had to reach out for help.
La ubicacion y la atención del personal .
Las escaleras no hay elevador yo lleve personas con problemas de movilidad y aunque me dieron algunas el planta baja me faltaron 2 pero hicieron lo posible por atendernos .
La comodidad de las camas es buena, la amplitud de la habitación, el clima enfriaba bien y la vista al balcón. Además la comida des restaurante era muy buena y suficiente, a buen precio.
La alberca cerraba muy temprano.
The hard dry toast was not so good just for the included breakfast but was at least something. Coffee was sweetened so had to order some.
Don’t like the hard toast do breakfast nor the sweetened coffee. Had a fridge in our room that wasn’t available to us. Made it hard for our stay.
