Es un hotel limpio y cómodo

Tutto molto bene .camere spaziose, molto pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante molto buono, posizione ottima.
El personal muy amable y atentos. Nos tocó disfrutar de un espectáculo de Guelaguetza frente a la alberca y fue muy lindo. La playa muy cerca del hotel y el rumbo muy agradable, muy tranquilo.
La habitación que nos dieron solo tenía una pequeña ventana y estaba muy oscura, si no hubiese sido por ese detalle todo hubiese estado muy bien.
El restaurante precios accesible y muy rico todo
La playa que dicen a 250 mt. Es solo para observar.

La atencion de nuetro amigo alex el barman, muy atento.
La sra. Estela muy amable y siempre nos mantubo muy limpia nuestra habitacion , en especial las figuras con las toallas se agredece.
La comida fue de lo mejor que encontramos en los alrededores el chile en ogada muy bueno.
La chica de la recepcion un muy buen gesto, cuando extendimos nuestra estancia nos suguirio que checaramos la tarifa de booking ya que como habiamos recervado por la plataforma teniamos una mejor tarifa que directo con ellos.
La alberca muy agradable .
Y la sercania esta muy centrico todo. Los 9 dias que estubimos ahi los pasamos muy agusto.

Punto extra la playa chahue, esta suoer serquita no es para nadar pero las vistas los amaneceres hermosos
Solo la precentacion de algunos platillos, eran iregulares las guarniciones , y las meseras no te mencionaban nada hasta que les preguntabamos.
Ejemplo los huevos motuleños llevan platano macho fritoy no lo llevbany en la descripcion del platillo en su carta si aparece, un omelet que llevaba papas que tampoco las pusieron.
Esto es una critica constructiba porque todo estubo muy bien , solo cuiden esos pequños detalles . Nunca huvo pan dulce , nos quedamos con las ganas porque los bollitos eran muy buenos.
La ubicación y el costo accesible
Del hotel sin problema
Está muy bien ubicado y queda cerca de la playa. Adicionalmente, Santa Cruz y Crucecita están relativamente cerca y se puede llegar en auto sin problema. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general están muy limpios. El personal siempre tiene una sonrisa y atiende diligentemente, muy amablemente.
De la habitación, lo que no me gustó es que no hay un clóset en sí mismo. Si hay un espacio abierto para poner la ropa, al que no estamos acostumbrados. Pero es cuestión de gustos.

Estaba cercas de la playa, avenida..
El chico de recepción mal encarado y negativo a cambiar de piso de habitación cuando iba con adultos mayores. Nos dio el tercer piso y era cansado para mis Padres
El personal es amable y el lugar está limpio
Hubo un cumpleaños en la alberca niños sin restricción de 10 años. Rentan la alberca para eventos así y los huéspedes terminamos saliendo de la alberca
The staff are wonderful! The bartender, Alejandro was very attentive and courteous to all guests. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant La Flor de Chahue, the staff there are also so attentive and kind.
We were looking for a cheap place to stay that was halfway decent. This hotel failed in both regards. It was overpriced for a terrible experience.
The „continental breakfast“ that’s included is literally cold toasted bread and a package of jam.
The room was dark and poorly lit. The AC worked but made the room smell terrible. There’s loud music coming from the pool area the entire time, even with the windows closed you hear the music clearly.
Also not a fan of the location. It’s kind of in resort hell, so there are no restaurants right in the area and no direct access to the beach.
This is the kind of place that young kids might enjoy but young adults traveling should keep looking
