Zeer vriendelijk personeel, hulpvaardig en attent. Locatie is niet bijzonder sfeervol (vlakbij druk verkeersplein), maar wel erg convenient. Kamers zijn stil. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en goed.

Cons:

Kamers zijn oud en versleten, bedden zijn erg smal (zeker aangezien de dekmatrassen breder zijn dan de onderliggende bedden). Onze kamers hadden diverse kleinere gebreken. Nadat daar ook nog een lekkage bijkwam werden we verhuisd naar betere kamers. Het is op zich een prima hotel, maar heeft dringend een upgrade nodig.
