Relaxing stay

The restaurant doesn't open in the evening as far as I could tell so one needs to eat elsewhere.

Pros:

Lots of bugs and flies were in the room and the air conditioner wasn't working properly and I asked the technician to check on it and he did but it was min 24 and not bellow that. As you know there weather was very hot and also the bed was so uncomfortable and squeaky , every toss and turn make the other ond awake .

Pleasant stay and celebrating special occasion.
Pros:

The staff was helpful from checking to check out. We liked the the welcome basket and anniversary note they have made for us. It was so nice. The location of the hotel is ideal and close to everything you want. Will definitely come back for more.

It was a great experience staying here.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is superb, in that it is located at the heart of Central London. So it is very easy to get wherever you want. We had a bus stop right outside our hotel and the Shepherd's Bush underground station was about 5-7 minutes walk. The area around the hotel is also great and had a lot of places to eat as well as to shop for groceries. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and this was one of the reasons why we booked it, apart from its location. The hotel restaurant is also great, but its the little things that stand out, such as having a concierge service, who can help you out with anything, or the fitness centre (in case you want to work out), an Umbrella stand from where you can rent an umbrella, or a booking from Uber, not on your phone, but on the hotel laptop / screen. All in all, it was a great experience. The entire staff of the hotel is also extremely helpful and appreciative of tourists.

Not optimal but decent enough
Pros:

I’ve been here before and what I like about it the most is its comfortable bed and close location to Westfield mall.

Cons:

The cleaners cleaning rooms nearby were very loud and they were slamming doors I had to get up and ask them to reduce the noise.
