Good location for Paddington, nice staff, needed more thorough cleaning
Pros:

I stayed for one night.

Overall, it suited its purpose, which was proximity to Paddington Station so I could catch an early train to Heathrow. It's about one block from the station. It's also close to Hyde Park, which was nice for some lovely outdoor exercise.

On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, the water pressure was superb, the towels were nice, and the room was quiet. Additionally, the AC functioned superbly.

On the downside, the room was tiny, the toilet had hairs in and on it, and the chrome in the bathroom needed a serious polish. Weirdly, no washcloths were provided with the towels. Hallways are also narrow and rather industrial and there is a single lift for which there could be a bit of a wait.

Overall, it would not be my pick for a longer stay in London, but for proximity to Paddington, it suited my needs well for the night.

Incredible staff.
Pros:

The staff were incredible, especially the ladies on the front desk. No request was too small. No question beyond their knowing. Gracious!

Cons:

The first room I was assigned had only a small window and was thus pretty dim most of the time. I had just arrived from the States and craved daylight, so called the front desk to ask if there were another room. Yes, but it was being cleaned from the guest checking out. It would be about an hour. I moved my things to the lobby and enjoyed a rest and people watching, but it was only a half hour or so. Great apologies from the staff. Much better room.

WOW, shah and deep, the best staff - give them a raise

Shah and Deep, omg - as hospitality goes, they have been absolutely incredible!
They deserve a raise, we all spoke about how we will continue to come back simply because they made us feel SO AT HOME! From fetching correct chargers, to giving us the best table, to the ability to manage a big groups dietary restrictions! All I can say is WOW. The drink and food was incredible, but the people were better!!! Thank you thank you thank you to both Shah and Deep.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zaledwie 5 minut do metra. W okolicy szerokie zaplecze gastronomiczne. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone ( m. In. żelazko, suszarka, tv), łóżka wygodne. Na plus możliwość pozostawienia i bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Personel uprzejmy.

Cons:

Ograniczona dostępność pokoi twin na wyższych kondygnacjach (nasz pokój był pozbawiony światła dziennego).

Great location for BST Hyde Park. 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Rooms are modern and clean and quite a good size for London.

Cons:

Shower ver slippery with no slip mat provided. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Very expensive even for London I’d say.
