Room need to upgrade.

Cons:

Room need to remodel and up grade. I already stayed on July 18-19. I booked also July 24-29 after cruise. I arrived at 11am and I checked in and I did not get the room yet. But some people later check in and got their room already. I still waiting for the room. Are the front desk people at people and give the room????

For this to have cost as much as it did it's not a great experience... Starting with the Beach we "Paid" wasn't wheelchair accessible and the facility has no beach wheelchair... There goes laying on the beach and looking at the ocean or even just getting to wet her toes in the ocean or the pool😭 the curtains are FILTHY The toilet isn't clean the tub drain stopper isn't connected and it smells like damp mildew carpet and they have all of 5 digital channels. I mentioned this to the front desk and they gave us free breakfast.. only for us to show up and the elevator lift to the restaurant didn't work.. Please Catch up wheelchairs aren't a newly introduced thing to the world!

Bad experience. The low price is not worth it. I recommend staying somewhere else

The pool was very nice and clean, and I liked the direct access to the beach

Cons:

The receptionist, Ana, who assisted me, was very rude and disrespectful. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and every time I needed information (about five times during my stay), the staff was rude. The bed was uncomfortable, there was construction noise early in the morning, and some of the furniture in the room was broken. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The price was low, but it was not worth it. I would recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else, because the lower price is not worth ruining your trip.

WARNING! Ongoing construction generate loud drilling noise inside rooms.
Pros:

If you want to use your room during the day, do not stay here. There are extreme high levels of noise inside the rooms from drilling into the hotel's concrete walls. Front desk staff refused to relocate me, saying that the construction teams move every four hours. This is not true. They stay put in a section of the hotel for days. Any rooms near construction should not be sold to customers.
