Pros:

La atención del personal, en especial del hombre argentino que no le pregunté el nombre, siempre muy atento y respondió todas nuestras consultas, y también de Philip, muy amable. El lugar muy lindo y limpio. Había café, té y agua disponible las 24 hs.
También comimos en el restaurant del hotel y nos hacían un descuento por ser huéspedes, muy rica la comida.

Cons:

Las sillas que ofrecen en la playa están a unas cuadras pero tampoco es demasiado lejos.

Waren zweimal dort und zufrieden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Für Ankunft und Abreise jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Betten

Cons:

Tür zum Bad/WC war nur sehr laut zu schließen, was in der Nacht sehr störend war.

Excelente opción en Ocean Drive
Pros:

Una excelente ubicación , justo en Ocean Drive a dos cuadras del Española way, a unos pasos de la vida nocturna de Ocean’s , el hotel de da acceso a camastros gratuitos en la playa (solo cobra por la sombrilla que puedes llevar tu también ), pasamos una excelente estancia. El personal con excelente actitud siempre :). A pesar de estar sobre Ocean drive es bastante silencioso para la hora de descansar.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la nuestra habitación ya estaba lista , pero como era temprano nos dieron la opción de pagar por dárnosla como early entry , creo que podrían ser más cordiales en ese sentido y si la habitación ya está libre simplemente otorgar el acceso. Te dan la opción de guardarte el equipaje lo cual es muy bueno y se agradece , pero si tienes planeado salir todo el día tendrías que hacerlo sin la comodidad de arreglarte en tu habitación para un día largo.

Disappointment
Pros:

We've stayed here before in 2018 and we liked the location and therefore we booked again in 2026

Cons:

We've stayed here before in 2018 and we were really disappointed this time. The hotel is run down and needs an upgrade. Especially the bedding. The foyer and passages had a very funny odor. Very sweet.

We’re looking forward to our next visit
Pros:

If you want to stay somewhere that embraces the traditional art deco of south beach, but without the neon party atmosphere that has plagued the strip recently then the Cavalier is perfect. The easiest way to describe it is as “the grown up choice”

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The car valet service works well, and is worth paying the little bit extra over conventional parking. Philip on reception was a real pleasure to deal with.

The rooms were clean, and turned down every day.

A 5 minute walk to the beach, with sun loungers and beach towels included.

Cons:

The only reason it’s getting a 9/10 not the full blown 10 is that even though loungers and towels are included, beach trolleys are not, so that’s an additional cost for those who are concious of their UV consumption.

No onsite parking (but none of these hotels directly on ocean drive do), so budget $20 a day parking for self park or $35 for valet (which is well worth it for the convenience)

Localização boa ,limpeza ótima e os funcionários maravilhosos como Phelip e Alex em especial!!!
