Pros:

The room was excellent, comfy and spacious. The food was fantastic in the reception downstairs. The lift was vintage and a great experience and the music was classic. A great stay in fantastic place with friendly staff and brilliant weather. A true pleasure to stay at.

A perfect base for a stay in Miami Beach City.
Pros:

It was a beautiful old building, both inside and out, which has been well maintained. The location was perfect, right on Ocean Drive.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit erratic.

Very nice hotel 🏨
Pros:

I love the location, the food at the restaurant was great. The guy on the front desk was very nice, friendly, helpful.

Cons:

The waiter at the hotel’s restaurant wasn’t nice or friendly. They even added two strangers to our table and when they brought the bill they added what they ordered on our bill. That wasn’t a nice experience.

cute place we were on the go most of time , jsut used for sleep and shower.

Cons:

very loud, thin walls other guests not being respectful of noise and how late it was. shower was weird very hard to shower without getting water everywhere especially with a rainfall shower head .. It was difficult to get into the place with roads being closed off and walking in the heat with all out luggage through crowds to get there. Cab driver was also clueless on how to navigate through the streets to get us closer.

Localização excelente em Ocean Drive, a poucos passos de tudo. O prédio em estilo Art Deco é uma viagem no tempo, e o custo-benefício é atrativo para a região de South Beach.

Cons:

Tivemos um sério incidente de segurança durante a estadia: outro hóspede, visivelmente embriagado, tentou entrar em nosso quarto durante a noite, enquanto minha esposa grávida estava dentro. O hotel não detectou nem preveniu a situação — eu mesmo tive que ligar para a recepção. No dia seguinte, o Assistant Manager se comprometeu a investigar o caso e retornar com uma resposta no mesmo dia, mas foi embora do hotel sem fazê-lo. Ninguém na recepção tinha qualquer registro do ocorrido. Ao escalar o caso para o General Manager, a resposta minimizou tanto a falha de segurança quanto o compromisso não cumprido, e a compensação oferecida (30% de desconto) não refletiu a gravidade do ocorrido, especialmente envolvendo uma hóspede gestante. Difícil recomendar para casais esperando um bebê ou para quem valoriza como um hotel lida com incidentes de segurança envolvendo seus hóspedes.
