Had amazing help from Tynisha at the pool!

Every one was supper helpful summer was very nice at the pool and Latin guy with curl dark hair at front desk Wednesday was super nice and welcoming, the bartender on Tuesday was ablast

Great location, pool and beach service is top tier! Summer helped us daily at the pool and was very attentive to every detail. She really made the stay even more enjoyable. We been here several times and highly recommend!

Our welcome was warm and it was completely unexpected that we were allowed to enter our room 7hrs early due to arriving at hotel 9am and room was already prepared
Varel on Stanton’s beach hut reservations was exemplary and extremely kind with his surprising gesture to celebrate our anniversary .
He gave us a free umbrella for the day , arranged a free framed photo as a memory of our time at Stanton Beach and later the same morning cake to where we were sat on the beach and presented an iced bucket with bubbly stating ‘Happy Anniversary’ and said it was important we celebrated in style .
The room is wonderful , clean with amazing views of the ocean where we watched the cruise ships departing

Marriott Stanton South Beach is a modern boutique luxury hotel, located at Ocean Drive Street. Great location, near restaurants, bars, cafe's, shopping and Miami Beach attractions, even so, it is quiet, great for resting and sleeping well. The room is spectacular, very comfortable, bright, features an excellent bed, cable TV, super fast wi-fi, as well as a bathroom with strong shower and amenities. It also boasts a spacius balcony with the most beautiful view of Miami Beach and a cozy park with a lovely garden. The hotel features two ocean-facing swimmingpools, a fitness center and various social areas. It also, houses a Michelin-certified Japanese restaurant, as well as a wonderfully pleasant and friendly Mexican restaurant, where an excellent a la carte complete breakfast with delicious coffee is served. The staff is very friendly and prestative, my housekeeper Mrs. Floride was spectacular, made me feel valued, much more than a professional,she is a marvelous human being, special thanks to Mr. Andres Banus.

We recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and overall, it was a good experience.

Pros:
- Even our basic room closer to the beach end had stunning panoramic views of the beach and city skyline.
- Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- The Stanton Spa was a great way to relax with massages one morning while we were there. Both therapists did a wonderful job helping us relax.
- Gio at the bar was great to chat with while we were having drinks.
- We only ate at Lolo's for breakfast. Overall it was good, though the coffee wasn't.
- Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons:
- Unlike every other Marriott on the face of the planet, they feel the need to charge $8 / bottle for water in the rooms, at the beach, and everywhere else. Absolutely ridiculous! Bottled water should be provided free of charge in the rooms and lobby daily! There are some small water stations with cups in the lobby and at the pool, but they were often empty.
- Many reviews stated to not book your spa appointment online, as their system doesn't work. I called to schedule ours when we couldn't get the online reservations, and was able to confirm upon arrival. A couple came in after us having made theirs online and the receptionist said there was nothing in the system. Perhaps fix or ditch the system then.
- The restaurants are owned and operated independently from Marriott, so we were unable to purchase wine to take back to the rooms with us - per the staff. A let down when all we wanted to do was enjoy a bottle on the balcony at night.
- Ordering food at the beach is expensive and can take over an hour. $28 for a mojito, $25 for a turkey wrap and a few fries. Good, but way overpriced!

Overall, we'd definitely stay here again. It's an older building, as most are in South Beach, but it was maintained well and it was nice being away from all of the noise and partying further up on Ocean Drive.
