This stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We traveled all the way from Zebulon, North Carolina to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday and take her to her very first concert, and it turned out to be more special than we ever imagined.
The hospitality here was truly exceptional. Daniel Flores went above and beyond he is the perfect example of what true hospitality should be. His kindness and attention made our experience even more memorable.
My girls were so happy, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for an extra night! Every moment felt special, and we are so grateful to the team for helping us create such beautiful memories.

Summer helped us at the pool by bringing us to our chairs setting them up and helping with the umbrella. She was the sweetest!

En lite större SUV kostar 68 dollar + dricks visar det sig på plats.
Telefon trasig, balkongdörren fungerade knappt, a/c termostat funkade ej, m.m.
Rummet bokat för 3 personer, men det som ingick var bara för 3 personer, den tredje fick man betala för.
Tex så ingick 2 solstolar på stranden i deras finurliga resorten fee på 42 dollar om dagen.
Dock så kostade det 30 dollar om du ville ha paraply.....alla dessa små giriga kostnader är störande.

Planned a quick getaway to Miami Beach to celebrate my wife’s 50th anniversary. Didn’t know what to expect when we got to the hotel but quickly found out we made a fantastic choice. The hotel has a very small boutique feel to it. It’s distinctly South Beach with Art Deco touches and flair throughout the lobby and the grounds. The service from check-in to departure was impeccable. A special shout out goes to the Poole crew including Sommer who did a fantastic job taking care of our every needs, including popsicles, gummy bears and ice cold water delivered to your chair while you relax in the warm Miami sun. The famed Miami Beach is a few steps down the stairs where an equally attentive staff awaits your every need. The beach is well taken care of the water bathtub warm and clear as emerald green. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and sightseeing if you want to make time for that. Very happy with the Marriott Stanton and would not hesitate to recommend it fully and completely.

Below expectations. The hotel relies on location. They charge a daily resort fee of $42 which really should be optional because not everyone has the time or simply doesn't want to use these extra services. The valet parking attendants are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to them. The front desk isn't great anymore they're just selling. One of our rooms was ready two hours late. I don't know how that's possible when checkout is until 11 am and check-in is from 4 pm. After we asked for a late checkout the receptionist was intimidated and had to ask the manager for permission to extend our room by an hour. The manager agreed to one room until 12pm so I think they're equally helpful to everyone and each room is available for a minimum of 4 hours to prepare for the next client. One of the rooms we were waiting for was in a different category altogether and I was told that was the only one available. Shouldn't there be a guarantee when booking a room that you'll receive this category? Or should they offer you a free upgrade? If they don't, I guess you should be refunded the difference. Well, my daughters didn't want to cause a problem, so I let it go. The elevator floor was filled with water several times because people from the pool were using it. It's unacceptable; it's a slip-and-fall hazard. Cleaning is done daily but only covers the basics because I guess they don't have enough time. Overall, we're not satisfied but that's not the fault of the staff but of the hotel management who clearly seem to be focused on sales rather than quality. I just wanted to point out that I've never written a negative review. If something wasn't right, I simply didn't write anything. This time, I couldn't let it go. The hotel should change its name to just Stanton Hotel as it doesn't deserve the Marriott name. PS. Here's some advice for hotel management: Take a trip to any other Marriott hotel and see what service should be like.
