We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always great. We spent most of our time during the day going between the pool and beach. Roger has been very attentive to us by the pool. He’s very friendly and polite and willing to assist with anything he can.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize Shawn at the front for his excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive every time I needed assistance. Whether it was helping with my car or arranging taxis, Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel well taken care of. Employees like Shawn really make a difference in a hotel stay. He definitely deserves recognition for the great job he does!
