Located just steps from the ocean, the Shelley is a favorite to travelers who enjoy an unpretentious atmosphere at a prime luxury location at a good price. Our vibe is chill. We're talking bathing suits and flip flops... The laid-back ambiance and gracious staff of the Shelley prove ideal to the casual traveler who's looking for a place where anything goes.

Prepaid credit cards and/or gifts cards cannot be accepted as method of payment.

Please note guests traveling with pets will be required to provide an additional pet deposit at check-in. The deposit must be paid with a credit card and will be refunded at check-out subject to a successful damage inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Please contact the property for weight restrictions and further details.

Pros:

Location and the fact they upgraded us to a suite when we ran late was the icing on the cake. Will forever be my favorite hotel in Miami.

I would not book there unless you don’t mind paying an extra $55 for items you never received/used.

Everything was great until check out. I noticed a charge for miscellaneous items so I contacted the front desk and they said it was a charge for water, a shaving kit and snacks $54.61. I explained to them these items were not placed in our room prior to our arrival. I tried to call the corporate number you can’t get through. I was told to email [email protected] and that put me in touch with a guy named Guillermo Companioni.
Front Desk Manager. Explained to him the situation he said he would look into this matter further then quit responding.

Served the purpose, beds were comfortable and staff was great, the mold would be the only complaint
