Good hotel but staff need more training to understand the booking process and be respectful to customers the check in p
Pros:

Lovely property, very clean and central

Cons:

The staff member at the front desk on the day ( 28th August evening) was very rude and she greatly complicated our check in process. She did not understand our booking via booking.com and charged us twice. She also added resort charge which should not be applicable to bookings done on booking.com. She failed to acknowledge her error even when we pointed it out to her and we had to escalate to another member of staff to get the money refunded. This left us feeling very uncomfortable

Pros:

Location plus 1 free drink,valet staff is excellent.

Cons:

There was a private extremely loud party in pool area which I really wanted to use.i do not pay in a nice hotel to be disturbed for 3 hrs.unless it was MG,the only exception.why were they not put in the Ballroom.and on sat.my toilet would not flush- I had to fill the tank with water manually to flush.Rm 142

Friendly Atmosphere
Pros:

The Hotel Location was so amazing and the atmosphere was very friendly. Camryn from the bar had the best recommendations for drinks (especially the banana frozen daiquiri) then also local food spots. Camryn was also super friendly and very talkative with all guess at the bar.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Great location. Great room. Great staff. Great stay. The location is so convenient. The room was excellent. The staff also. I love staying at well-cared for historic hotels, and this property delighted me.

The only problem we encountered was with the valet parking. The staff was perfect, but retrieving our car took significantly longer than expected.

Even with that, I can’t wait to return.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location! Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. The coffee was delicious and so appreciated 1st thing in the morning. Coming back from sightseeing they always had water and cucumber water to help with hydration.

Horrible
Pros:

My stay this year was horrible. Couldn't sleep for noise, the convention rooms were over taken by loud events from the room so you couldn't hear the speakers, my room had broken furniture, I will not stay here again.
