Location
We had a family reunion here and it was wonderful. The rooms clean and comfortable. The courtyard and pool were great meeting places. The staff was friendly and so accommodating. We had at least 60 people and everything ran smoothly.
Would recommend this for families and couples!
Great location and beautiful hotel!
Right in New Orleans French Quarter
A little pricey.... however I guess its all about location
The staff was absolutely wonderful. The valet, Mark, was so helpful and personable. He helped us when we were literally parked on the street with no where to go. Hunter was amazing and patient at the check in. Everyone of the staff have been friendly and so helpful. Not to mention the hotel is beautiful.
We had a 2 night stay here and we only have good things about our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had regarding the hotel or surrounding areas. The room was the perfect size and exceptionally clean. If we ever come back to New Orleans I this hotel would be at the top of my list of places to stay.
Location
We stayed for 3 nights and were given a room with a terrible noisy air conditioning. We hardlly slept the 1st night. Room 547. Réception knew about this issue and were reluctant to let us change rooms. Rude staff and extremely disappointing. Hotel does not look like the pictures.
We had a great stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet strong AC. Pleasant pool, nice staff, very clean, great location.
On sait garer notre voiture !!!
Ascenseur trèèèsss long,
The location was perfect - in a quiet street but walking distance from Frenchmen and key places in the French quarter. In general it’s in a bit less hectic area of the French quarter. The pool and courtyard were lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable and staff were friendly.
If we are being really picky, staying on top of the pool towels better - we had to ask a few times. But there were some groups with a lot of kids so maybe they were using more than normal.
Great experience! Wonderful location! Definitely recommend upgrading to the bridal suite if you can. Worth the upgrade fee if you have a family of four.
Wonderful location, comfortable rooms. Beautiful hotel.
It would be helpful to have a rail by the steps in the pool. This way those with walking difficulties more easily access it.
Walking distance to local attractions.
$50 a night for valet parking was ridiculous. Also no onsite meal services and gyms.
