Very clean and comfy rooms. I loved having the fridge and microwave in my room. The beds were nicely made wirh clean crisp linens and a nice comforter. The shower was a great walk-in easily accessible shower. It made getting dine working all day not seem so bad knowing I was going back to such a cozy room. The older Af Am female employee at the front desk on evenings waa an amazing person & so welcoming & friendly.
The only thing I did not care for was he limited parking available especially past the parking arms area. If I would even leave for 5-10 minutes to run into a gas station then go back to the hotel, that quickly all the spots would be gone and taken up.
The bed felt damp as though they didn't let the sheets fully dry before putting on the beds other than that it was a good stay

Staff!! Very ignorant, rude in attitude, walk out in front of you. Only one man ever said good morning. Night shift manager very rude. We had a lot of noise outside of our room (don’t stay in 118, adjacent to the ice machine and two entrances with constant banging doors) called the night manager as it was really noisy one night, after midnight, who said what did she wants us to do about it!!! Ground floor really echoes every door bangs, smells of weed yet they tell us one smoking area! Generally felt it was dirty, rooms look tired.
Der Kickback am Abend war gut, einmal gab es baked potato mit entsprechenden topics und am zweiten Abend Hot Dogs, jeweils 2 Freigetränke pro Person.
Großes NoGo: Styropor-Teller und -Becher!!! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk angefragt und bekamen das Erdgeschoss, das Türschloss war defekt und ein Haargummi lag auf dem Boden, als wir kamen und auch, als wir abgereist sind 🤔

Ar muito barulhento, fone nao funcionava, pedi conserto e nada em 04 dias, café da manhã fraquíssimo. Nosso quarto soava o alarme de incêndio dentro fo quarto, um suplício ate resolver.
