I wouldn't stay here again if we revisited Nashville.
Pros:

The breakfast and free parking.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long days travelling from the UK and was looking forward to getting some sleep! We checked in and lugged all our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, this was due to the lift being out of order! We went in the room only to find out that we were given a key to someone elses room, luckily they wasn't in bed when we walked in! After going back to the reception to let them know, they called the person in the room to see if they had checked out, surely they should of known! We were given a suite for the inconvenience, however, the suite was dated, smelt damp and the hotel was quite dirty in general. We cancelled our stay for the following 4 days and moved hotels, which was the right decision as the hotel we stayed in was much nicer.

The down comforter and the pillows were very nice

Cons:

I said one of the beds sheets and everything were all wrinkled like someone had slept in it and no one put clean sheets on . I was changing into my bathing suit two men had a key to my room, and both of them walked in while I was changing the front desk had rented the same room twice. I was very embarrassed and I did not feel very safe after that would’ve been a nice day if those two men didn’t have a key to our room at the front desk at their job, right
