Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The full breakfast was so great and well run! Only one minor negative our window blind was broken before check in. We requested it to be looked at twice and it's still broken/was never looked at.

Cons:

No fault of the property at all but that uphill climb at the end of the day is rough. For folks who need to put on make up the bathroom is really bright but the lighting elsewhere is lacking.

Not a fan of this hotel
Pros:

I booked here on points originally and booked for 2 people. We extended the stay but I had to make a new reservation because the second day wasnt on points. They didn't add my guests information when we extended the stay and they would not make him a key to get into the room when we got separated. He went and got my registration from my vehicle and showed it to them and they said the address on my registration wasnt the address they had for the reservation which was not true, as its the only address I have. He ended up having to sleep in my vehicle because they would not let him in the room. So when I extended the stay and made the new reservation they should have asked who was staying in the room so my guest could get a key made when he wasn't with me.
