Pros:

The location is a five minute walk to Nashvilles Broadway St. action and many good restaurants are near by. The lobby, area is very comfortable and breakfast was OK. They also offered coffee and tea from the breakfast room all day and night.

Cons:

Our room had a smell that we discovered was from carpet mildew. The AC had been leaking and the damp carpet had a smell. The hotel staff had the maintenance dry the carpet, however; it was a little inconvenient as there were big dryers in the room for a few hours. The AC is super noisy and would be impossible to sleep if on all night.
