DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IF YOU DO REVIEW YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT !!!!!!
Pros:

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel April 29th to May 4th. We were suppose to stay til May 6th but we checked out early. DO NOT STAY HERE. We were accused of smoking in the room and neither of us smoke. I pleaded my case to the front hotel clerks as well as management but they insisted that they have a special smoke detector in the room....hidden. At the time we were supposedly smoking we were not at the hotel we were picking up a rental car. Which they charge $90 a day Canadian to park at the hotel....
Back to the smoking charge...we were not informed that this was going to be put on my credit card. I was checking over my statement and noticed a charge for $488 CAD which is $350 USD. DO NOT STAY....There are so many other places to stay near Broadway.

Average to Good Downtown Nashville Property
Pros:

The hotel is located at 10th Ave and Broadway which makes it pretty close to the heart of downtown. It was a very short walk to all the action. I really liked the breakfast that is provided. There is plenty of hot foods, breads, fruit, cereal, etc. The floors are hard (no carpet) which was fine, but not if you like carpet. The room was clean and updated. The building is older and may have been remolded. The social express in the evenings is minimal, but better than nothing. There are free snacks and lemon water available. Expect there to be a one-or two-man (woman) band if there is one there. If you purchase any drinks from there it will come at a hefty price for the environment. I'd rather just leave the hotel to enjoy music and drinks. The fitness center is really nice with plenty of equipment for all kinds of workouts. The common areas had enough seating, but the couches in the lobby were sunk in. It's not a bad hotel and okay for a stay close to downtown.

Close to bars on broadway and music. Hop on bus stop just across the street.

Cons:

The price of all hotels is crazy!!! But it was the cheapest I could find with that location.

Overall, it was a great experience, great location, and all the staff were helpful.
Pros:

The location was in a great spot. It was near all the things we wanted but not in the middle of all the noise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even when I had an odd question they were helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options.

Cons:

Some of the other patrons were easily heard coming in at all hours. There were a few things left on our floor near the night stand (i.e. bottle cap, q-tip) that wasn't seen before we checked in.
