Pros:

The staff were very friendly ,polite and helpful

Cons:

The room was dirty when we checked in. Hair all over the bathroom, plastic utensils under the desk, crumbs on the carpet.
For the price of the room you would expect better. I asked for a fan for the room and was told they are not supplied.
The woman at the front desk at late evening seemed like she had attitude and didn't want to be there

Great spot for Nashville!
Pros:

I had a lovely stay in Nashville thanks to this hotel, its staff, and its location. Your legs will get a workout getting from lower Broadway, but it’s worth it! The room was simple but clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was much better than expected. Alisa. One of the managers, helped me resolve an issue and I can’t thank her enough. I would absolutely return.

My experience at Holiday Inn Express On Broadway.
Pros:

Our room was very nice and clean. The valet was very friendly and helpful, the front desk clerk greeted with a smile and took care of business very swiftly and cordial. The young man who took my luggage up to the room, ADAM was so nice to me. He took my luggage from me as I got it out of the car and took it to my room for me. I am so impressed with this place and especially the workers here!

Great location, super staff!
Pros:

Overall, this hotel was a really good value. The people who work here are phenomenal! So nice and attentive to any questions and accommodations! They ran that drop off/pick up area in front of the hotel like a well oiled machine!
The daily breakfast was better than your average hotel with lots of options and room to sit. The location is excellent for walking Broadway and visiting most other attractions in the area. My room was comfortable and quiet. Overall great stay!!

excellent walkable location to all the fun bars on Broadway, large, clean room, pleasant front desk, free happy hour with live music daily, fridge/microwave in room, late check-out with membership, nice breakfast (consistently refilled)
CONS:
bad lighting (like any hotel), noisy/thin walls and windows, loud A/C

BONUS:
fridge in my room was freezing everything even on lowest setting - they replaced it the same day!
