change the breakfast entree daily; give free drinks at comfort hour, most places I've been to give free wine or at least have a voucher for 2 free alcoholic drinks...

Disappointing and stressful
Pros:

Free coffee, room cleaned every day, breakfast options

Cons:

Check in staff were miserable and have caused stress and financial burden by charging card without asking if that was the payment card. Has put me in financial difficulties and no apology offered.
