Pros:

Location of the hotel is exceptional, walking distance to times Square and central park but just outside of all the central mess. Subway stations also close by. Staff was friendly and cooperative. The room was OK but we did not spent much time in it, nor did we used any other facilities of the hotel. All in all it was very good value for the price and plans.

Cons:

Even at the 11th floor the street noise was laud...

This hotel is in a great location.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. It is close to major tourist attractions & the subway. Lots of food options around.

Cons:

This hotel is definitely boutique. The room doesn't have it's own heater and the room was cold. The shower is strangely designed with half of the shower open. The hotel only provided one wash cloth and one towel per person. Which was odd to us but we were able to request more from the front desk. I probably would not stay here next time.

Great hotel, excellent staff, great location.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Older building (not a bad thing), and obviously completely upgraded. New carpeting, furnishings, etc. in every area of the hotel including lobby, elevator, hallways and room. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and linens. Modern, clean bathroom.

Cons:

I missed having a small shop in the lobby to pick up some snacks, but there are plenty of places nearby. Would stay again and just bring a few items with me.

Nice stay, reasonable price for the location.
Pros:

Convenience of the location. Politeness and helpfulness of the staff.

Cons:

Room was rather chilly at one point because the building heating wasn’t turned on. The safe was on the floor in a dark closet, and I had to get on my hands and knees to use it.

Ubicación perfecta pero necesita reforma urgente

La localización perfectísima para conocer toda la ciudad. La cama era comodísima y la ducha muy grande. De agradecer que dejasen agua todas las mañanas en la habitación.

Cons:

El hotel entero necesita una reforma urgente. Está todo muy viejo, incluidas las habitaciones que cuentan con muchos desperfectos por el paso del tiempo. Eso hace que genere imagen de suciedad. La moqueta de las habitaciones debería cambiarse. La habitación era bastante pequeña.
