Teleurstellend
Cons:

Kamer was slecht onderhouden en nog slechter afgewerkt. Tv hing scheef en half achter het gordijn. Uitzicht op de stad bleek een ventilatie schacht waar alle buiten units van de airco’s hingen te brommen.

Excellent Midtown Manhattan location
Pros:

Location W 54 St off. Broadway, is great! Walking distance to Times Square, Central Park. 5 minutes to R Line Metro and less than 10 minutes for other lines. Perfectly located for Midtown Manhattan attractions.
Room size is OK, by NY standards.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, que lamentablemente estaba en reparaciones en su frente con lo cual había que mantener las cortinas cerradas.
Seguramente estará resuelto en un par de semanas

Great spot to visit both Midtown and elsewhere in the city

It was nice but it should be for the price.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, comfortable room

Cons:

I booked a superior room but they are on the front/street side of the property where there was a lot of construction noise, so they put me in a standard rm with an air shaft view. Almost $300/ngt and plastic cups in the bathroom.

Cons:

They transferred my reservation to a sister hotel 30 mins before I landed in NYC! Not to mention that I had to change all my plans based on the new location they got me to!
The sister hotel that I was transferred to, were not fully aware of the situation and had to over explain myself for an extended period of time! Though that I was supposed to stay for one night only!

Pros:

Reservamos solo una noche (al final de un viaje de 10 dias) porque nuestro vuelo de retorno salia en la madrugada del dia siguiente... a pesar que llegamos al hotel a las 11h30 y que el check in es a partir de las 3pm, Derick (en Recepción) fue muy atento y nos consiguió una habitación más temprano para poder descansar.
En general el personal muy amable.
