Lokalizacja. Wyciszenie w pokojach, standard łazienek. Kawa i woda w recepcji. Niesamowicie dobre zaciemnienie pokoju (dobre zasłony).

Cons:

A localização é ótima

Cons:

Chão com carpe e irregular , não tinha o frigobar, mas foi colocado assim que pedi, banheiro com divisória de cortina e não box, e acredito que quarto era menor do que o solicitado, pois do outro casal que foi com a gente era maior e na reserva os dois eram iguais, a primeira atendente viu que somos brasileiros e nenhum momento falou em espanhol, sempre em inglês, após alguns dias vimos ela falando espanhol, restante das pessoas bem receptivas.

Bedbug palace : Book anything else but this place .

Initial impression okay until we arrived at the reception desk

Cons:

I have never come across such a rude obnoxious receptionist as we encountered in this hotel . Absolutely shocking , mono syllabic , totally non interested in offering any level of customer service. I have written to parent company to complain . At $550 per night i feel we have a right to better treatment .

Pros:

Muito bem localizado e instalações novas. Agua sempre disponível na recepção e pela manhã havia café também. Toalhas limpas e fofinhas e amenidades de banheiro muito boas.

Cons:

Eu paguei por um quarto superior e na primeira noite nos colocaram em um quarto muito menor, depois de muita argumentação, o funcionário nos trocou de quarto no dia seguinte, mas não nos restituíram a diferença de valor. Cama muito mole.
