Steps into the hotel and no wheelchair/stroller access. Also no baby changing facilities in the hotel

Perfect location
Pros:

The location was fantastic, literally a step away from several places of interest. Literally surrounded by the major Broadway shows, major stores and great eateries. The room was always freshened up in a timely manner.

Cons:

The rooms could do with an update (fitted carpets and bathroom)
