Good, I liked
The breakfast, is the same for 6 days.
Very clean, I really liked that about the hotel. staff are great and super friendly, especially the man that watches the parking lot at night, loved him.
Parking was crazy during the weekend, you can hear everything, the walls are very thin. only one elevator in one corner of the place. other than that, nothing else, it was nice.
The location was fantastic. We had a king ADA room and it was perfect. The bathroom was huge and easy to maneuver and very safe. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. As someone who has to monitor what they eat for allergies etc this was so great. Everything was portioned out, SO CLEAN, and easy for people to grab and go without any risk of touching anyone else’s food. I told the lady working how impressed I was with her organizational skills and how beautiful her presentation was. The oatmeal and yogurt parfait bar were perfect to have before hitting the parks. I also really appreciated fair parking prices. Some of the nearby hotels want to charge 50-60 a day for parking. Which is crazy.
The front of the hotel was gorgeous but the rooms were very outdated. It looked like they were renovated when we were there so I’m sure next time we’re there we’ll see more updates.
Didn’t even wanna bother with breakfast too tired from lack of sleep
Construction going on the whole time people talking and being loud outside our room. The room next door was having some kind of fight was slamming doors and yelling all night. Car alarms going off all night and morning. Maybe got three hours sleep. Also housekeeping knocked on our door a half an hour before out check out and woke us up.
The property is near Toy Story Parking Lot.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Very easy walk to Toy Story lot to catch the shuttle, or a very affordable rideshare to the parks.
Staff was very friendly.
Parking attendant at night was nice; like a bouncer for the parking lot.
Room Pros-
Tiled with the wood-looking tile.
Very large mini fridge with freezer.
A/C with thermostat on wall.
Furniture looked good, and functioned well.
All sorts of pillows provided
USB sockets next to the bed, in wall.
Bathroom Pros-
Very spacious.
Renovated- nice countertop, nice shower, floor tile, and fresh paint.
Shower is walk-in and large.
Overall it was a good stay, and I would do it again based on price.
The pictures are very gracious, like "having the angles" back in the day.
$20 per day for parking - there's also not a lot of parking due to construction.
Room Cons
Walls are a little thin, couldn't really hear traffic (except for the obnoxious vehicles), but could hear the full conversation that happened in front of my door at 2am
Bed frame was a little rickety upon initial lay down, but didn't cause sleep loss
Bathroom Cons
Closet is in the bathroom.
No separate door for toilet.
Very limited counter space- however there is a towel rack that's convenient.
No shelving in shower- nowhere to put soaps etc.
Only one shower door opens, and it's the one under the showerhead- might be tough if you need to help kiddos.
It’s a 7 minute walk from the bus that takes you to Disney
When I had booke, I had booked for breakfast and some location charge more because they have a hot bar of breakfast, I assume nothing fancy. When I got there they said their kitchen was under construction which I’m so disappointed because they only gave bagels and oatmeal. They didn’t discuss that when I had booked.
Excelente, super amables todos, la habitación para 6 personas super cómoda, grande, muy recomendable el hotel 🙌
The property was very close to Disneyland and they went above and beyond to accommodate for a birthday/celebration. They worked with me and set up a wonderful surprise. The bathrooms seemed to be newer and the AC was also very strong. Even if slightly outdated it was a great stay overall. 10/10!
Very clean and friendly staff.
Close to Disneyland like 10-15 min walk.
