Distance to Disneyland
I have not seen a staff or receptionist when i checked out. Nobody to ask if you have a question

staff was very kind and friendly; better price than other nearby hotels
the bed was uncomfortable - way too soft (and I like soft beds); bathroom sink had no real counter space to put makeup bag or toothbrushes on; renovations meant breakfast was just continental; nowhere to work from other than the desk in the hotel room but I didn’t want to wake up my husband; parking costs extra on top of the room price; our room was in the corner by the stairs and laundry which meant it was a little bit noisy
Location was great, staff were friendly and very attentive.
It was clean and comfortable for the family to stay.

The hot continental breakfast was not available due to remodeling. But still provided a good breakfast

The property was walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot shuttle which was a big plus, and walking distance to Starbucks, Walgreens and CVS. Also, the staff was very nice.
The pull out sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and the room was a little small, as was the pool area- small and crowded.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Esta muy cerca de Disney. Y la habitación está recién remodeled. Un baño muy bonito. Camas cómodas. Alfombra limpia. El personal muy amable. Me devolvieron rápidamente el deposito. Y había desayuno. Aunque sencillo muy útil con pan café frutas avena. Si volvería a este hotel.
El pago de estacionamiento. Aunque el precio es razonable, pienso que podría pagarse el último día de estancia solamente el espacio en caso de que quieras dejar el auto durante el día.
Very close to Disney Land
Bed was super hard
The staff were really welcoming and engaging with us during our stay. It was great to have breakfast included and they also had fruit available all day in the reception area, along with cold water and hot drinks machine.
Great to have a pool for the kids to play in.
We had the two bedroom family room which was adequate for all of us.
It was definitely good value for money and I would stay here again. We also found the our room and the overall property to be very clean.
The pool was heated and as the temps in LA were low to mid 30s we didn't find the pool very refreshing.
We had been told when booking that the hot breakfast area renovations would be finished before our stay, unfortunately they weren't, and I would have preferred a hot breakfast to start the day.
The curtains in our room didn't close properly and so the light/sun shone through, we had the family room and I find it strange that there are two bathrooms, would be better to have a kitchen or kitchenette. Also a door between the bunk bed room and main bedroom would also be good.
