Anniversary stay

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Excellent customer service. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they comped us as bottle of wine to help celebrate. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed! Loved the evening s’mores in the courtyard too - fun touch. The location was ideal. So close to Fisherman’s Wharf but a couple blocks away so it wasn’t too loud. We rented a car for a day to drive down the coast and the car rental was just one block over. Very close to bus stops too. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great location. Clean place. Was great for a 1-night stay in the tourist area.

Good experienced- clean, busy, but well organized hotel
Pros:

Clean convenient hotel near Fishermans Warf. We did a work retreat for one night. It was busy, but check-in was quick, valet parking easy and rooms were small but efficient. There was an issue with one person’s invoice, but it was fixed quickly. I did not love that my room looked directly into the courtyard- on the other hand I spent little time in the room. The lounge areas were nice, coffee in the lobby in the morning decent.
