Yes our expectation was a bit low , after reading the reviews
1. Double Queen Room on the higher floor was spacious, comfortable, and offered a good view of the skyline.
2. The elevators were impressively fast with minimal waiting time to reach higher floors.
3. Excellent Location close to the Times Square 49 Street subway station.
4. The heart of Times Square is just a short 2-block walk from the hotel.
5. Our room rate included a $50 daily credit, that can be used for food and beverages (including alcohol) at the lobby restaurant/bar and the Marketplace store located within the hotel lobby.
6. Lots of restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafés, and street food vendors are within walking distance.
7. Target Store Opposite the Hotel was very convenient for groceries, snacks, drinks, and other essentials.
8. Applebee's located right below the Hotel is useful for dining option.
9. We personally preferred the pizzas from Little Italy Pizza over Joe's Pizza.
10. Based on our experience, booking a room-only rate offers better value than including breakfast.

4. The hotel charges approximately $20 per day for Wi-Fi access. Do note "High-Speed Internet throughout your stay" is not Wi-Fi. Only Hilton Honor members get free Wi-Fi access. It's unbelievable that Hilton charges for Wi-Fi when it is free for guests at majority of hotels worldwide.
5. Luggage storage is not complimentary and the charge is not clearly communicated in advance. Guests may only become aware of this additional expense after check-out.
6. In addition to the room charges, the hotel places a hold of $100 per day on your card for incidental expenses. While this amount is refundable after check-out, it may take several days to be released depending on your bank.
7. Before making any payment anywhere, double check your bill and the amount to pay. You can select your preference of tips percentage or custom pay or select no tips. Some places forcefully ask to select the tips option. This was completely new to us.
1. Regarding 'Included Benefits': (1) $50 daily hotel credit (2) Early check-in from 00:00 (3) Late check-out until 00:00.
Our room rate booking included these benefits which was already paid for in our room rate. Unfortunately, both early check-in and late check-out was denied by the hotel.
We arrived at 1:00 PM and front desk informed us that the room was ready but an additional $45 fee will be required for early check-in as standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. After presenting the booking confirmation with the benefits mentioned, the staff hesitantly agreed to check us in..
The situation became more frustrating for late check-out benefit as one staff member said that late check-out was not included, another stated that only a 1:00 PM late check-out was available and that a further night charge of $400 would apply for a late departure.
I contacted Booking.com customer service, with a 45min wait to reach an agent. The agent was unable to reach hotel management and I had to facilitate a discussion between the hotel manager and the Booking.com agent. Then the hotel honored a late check-out until 7:00 PM.
The process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. These benefits were clearly listed as part of the room package which obviously was an agreement between booking.com and Hilton Hotel Management. The hotel and Booking.com should ensure that all hotel staff are fully aware of such promotional agreements and honor it for the guests.
Ensure to check with the hotel and booking.com if you book any room with these additional benefits.
2. Only 2 complimentary bottles of water provided at check-in regardless of the number of guests in any room. Water refill station is at the lobby only. Would have been great if it was on all floors.
3. The Continental breakfast was $32 per person (only cold food). The Full breakfast was $49 per person (includes hot items)
The breakfast spread was very limited for the price.
The location was awesome and had everything that we needed within walking distance.

Staff is not familiar with their valet parking location. Since I drive a Tesla, I only have my phone to access to my car. No one want to go parking with me even I asked them multiple times they still told me I have to solve it my own. And Told me a wrong one address. Omg

The location was great and right in the heart of Time Square. Excellent views and really comfortable beds.

The atmosphere in Times Square was unbelievable. A must see!
Lighting in hotel rooms have been very dull, and this was no exception, but it did not detract from the hotel.
The location was central, right in Time Square.
It was very expensive, but the hotel needs renovation, as everything seemed outdated. Bathtub had an unpleasant smell.
