Scam
Cons:

A tourist trap and a total scam. They charged me more for the room than the price of the reservation and I asked for a refund, that only arrived 7 days after the check out. They charged me for using internet in the room without giving that information in the check in. They charge you for leaving the bags after checkout. The location is terrible because there are crowds of people in the street of the hotel all day. Do not book here. Hilton, never again.

Pros:

Great location near attractions. Lovely view of Empire State Building from a high floor room.

Not enough towels for number of people staying in the room. Old furnishings in the room and lacking in amenities.
