Pros:

The first thing you notice when entering the hotel lobby, is a great smell! Cozy atmosphere, dimmed warm light that made us feel great.

The stuff are very nice and helpful.
Room was clean, comfortable and cozy.

Cons:

There is nothing I really dislike.
It was nice if the hotel’s cafe would be open at later hours than 14 pm.

Premier voyage à New York en famille mémorable
Pros:

Cons:

Rien

Cool hotel, great location and service
Pros:

The decor was really cool and thoughtful. The location was very central but the rooms weren’t too loud overnight. Staff were helpful and price was reasonable. We were upgraded into a suite as it was our honeymoon, it was great having the extra space

Cons:

AC unit was quite noisy.

Pros:

A practical solution
Pros:

The hotel is located on Eighth Avenue between 51st and 52nd Streets. It is a location that allows for high accessibility to the subway and is within easy walking distance of Broadway theaters and the MOMA museum. The room we were given was very spacious, but almost bare. It had a small refrigerator that barely cooled, a TV and a safe. There was little storage space - and that was it. No electric kettle, or coffee maker, not even a cup. There were two cardboard cups in the bathroom. On the other hand, we were bombarded with "suggestions" to go to the hotel's cafe or Piano Bar. Our room faced Eighth Avenue and was very noisy. On the other hand, the cooling was set at 67 degrees Fahrenheit, less than 20 degrees Celsius, excessive cooling for me.

A few hidden costs but great location
Pros:

I liked the proximity to all the theatres. They were all about 12mins walk or less which was great.

Cons:

My room was very dusty on arrival and although it was cleaned while I was there, vacuuming and dusting were clearly not a priority.

Also they charge a ‘security deposit’ of $100 per night so if you’re staying for 2 weeks you are expected to pay $1,400 on arrival. If you have a debit card the money will actually be taken off that card, not just earmarked.

‘Breakfast included’ means that you have a voucher for $15 (which is nothing considering a coffee costs $8 incl tip..) and anything spent over that is extra. You’re better off going to one of the many eateries in the area for a decent breakfast.

That being said most of the staff were helpful and friendly (shout out to Carina and Daphne). The toiletries in the room were divine and the bed was huge and very comfortable. You have totally free access to a gym called ‘Crunch’ which is very near and very well equipped. Don’t be afraid to walk around the whole gym to find the machines you need.

The subway is very close as is Times Square.

A fantastic choice for anyone visiting New York
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen Hotel in New York City. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square and Central Park, with a subway station nearby, making it very easy to explore the city and get around.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their great service made our stay even more pleasant.

Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting New York, especially if you’re looking for a great location and excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Cons:

One small area for improvement would be the lighting in the corridors, which felt a little too dark at times.
