Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

I had a great time at Romer Hell's Kitchen. The location was brilliant with quick access to Broadway and Times Square, plus the subway being across the road. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were. The rooms had a nice design and were well maintained.

Cons:

We came during a heatwave and found the air con struggled to get cold, but it wasn't too bad. It would have also been nice to get an included breakfast but there were options nearby anyway.

Comfortable oasis in the midst of Manhattan chaos
Pros:

The location is excellent and staff were very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the large room and space to unpack our suitcases.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Although, once asked we did get an electric kettle.

Péssimo pequeno almoço. As tomadas USB e USB-C nas mesinhas de cabeceira não funcionam, o ar-condicionado não tem capacidade para arrefecer o quarto, e a zona é barulhenta. O barulho não é da responsabilidade do hotel, mas a má insonorização é.

Cute hotel, great location. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Great walkable location close to the subway

Cons:

AC was working, but not well. We had three miserable, hot sleepless nights. Some staff was friendly. We witnessed one front desk woman who was horribly rude to another couple at check in. We were all horrified and hoping we would get the other woman at the front desk when it was our turn. Fortunately we did.
