Great location, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms.
Pros:

Fabulous location and very friendly staff. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were well appointed, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC.

Café da manhã muito ruim. Voucher de 15 dólares por pessoa por dia para comprar o básico na cafeteria. Lanches muito ruins, mas os cafés estavam muito bons.

Zona muy cómoda, cerca de todo, la chica de recepción hablaba español y nos ayudó con la comunicación. Nos dejaron guardar las valijas antes del checkin porque llegamos más temprano.

בסך הכל נהנינו ואולי עוד נחזור.

המיקום היה מצוין מבחינתנו. החדר היה גדול ומאובזר כראוי מבחינת נגישות לכסא גלגלים. ארוחות הבוקר היו טעימות.

Cons:

המעלון לבריכה עבור נכים לא עבד. התאכסנו במלון שבוע ואז נסענו לשבוע למקסיקו וחזרנו ל 3 ימים למלון.ביקשנו להשאיר 2-3 מזוודות לשבוע שהיינו במקסיקו ואמרו לנו שאין מקום.

This is a cool hotel in an amazing location.
