Great stay in nice hotel
Pros:

The location, close to subway line C and E, Times square and Central park.
The possibility to refill water for free
The room size - very large comparing other properties nearby

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was very poor, we found a lot of hair in the bathtub and on the floor on the first day, forgotten sock from previous guest in the room, the shower gel was empty and the daily cleaning during the stay wasn't sufficient too. The carpet wasn't vacuumed very often and the facial small towels were taken away and not changed with the new ones.
The tea/coffee making facility would be fine to have in the room

Typowo amerykańskie naciąganie na cenach w barze. Dodawanie 20 procent opłaty serwisowej plus wymagania napiwków. Z kawy za 5 USD robi się 8 USD. Co nie zmienia faktu, że obsługa jest bardzo miła, a kawa - świetna.

Cons:

Had a room between noisy elevators and very noisy late night guests next door and very noisy early morning guests next door.
I think people are no longer respectful and self aware. I wish there was a subtle message at check in or in room to be respectful of others guests while in your room and in hallways. Yelling just isn’t cool behavior.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la parada del metro, a pocas cuadras del Central park, time square, y otros lugares de interés. Cerca de cafetería y restaurantes.
Limpio, tiene parquedero con costo extra, gimnasio fuera del hotel, te dan un ticket gratis para biscicleta.

Cons:

No incluye desayuno, en la descripción no consta, así que está claro que no incluye, sin embargo existe una cafetería dentro del hotel.
