Pros:

Location was the best. Breakfast was limited to 4 items with the voucher so not much choice. Really appreciated the anniversary gift bag. The staff were the tops.

Lovely hotel great location
Pros:

Great location staff really helpful and fantastic breakfast

Cons:

Would have like to be able to have a hot drink in the room but no kettle or facilities to do this. Did ask for hot water one evening but not able to take cups up-to the room so had to sit in the bar and given
cool warm water to have a herbal tea with.

Very good location, like the vibe of the place. Reception staff always nice.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was not great. Staff were very slow and kept forgetting things. The included options were very limited - only 3. Be prepared to spend at least 1 hour to eat eggs.

The vent was not working in the bathroom. Only 2 elevators; long wait time.

Ótima localização, no centro de tudo, e numa rua tranquila sem todo o movimento e barulho da times square e redondeza

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno, mas muito confortável. Não tem frigobar, mas foi só pedir na recepção e prontamente me mandaram no quarto, sem custo.

Great location - walking distance to times square and most sights. Room good size with a comfy bed and great shower.

Cons:

Breakfast options are limited, and the breakfast vouchers are confusing.
Lot of outside noise could be heard from room late at night - sirens etc. Rooms need better sound proofing.
