Nice hotel in excellent location...
Pros:

Staff are so helpful nothing is too much...excellent reception and resturant /bar staff.
Has an grt vibe overall.

Cons:

Gym really lets this hotel down and would stop me from booking again.
Breakfast is poor for a 5 star rated hotel.

המלון יפה ונקי, מלון בוטיק במקום מרכזי אך שקט. כל יום מחליפים מגבות ומנקים, יש שתיה קרה בכניסה כל היום.

Cons:

המקרר מלא במוצרים ואין מקום לפריטים שלנו, אין אפשרות להכין קפה בחדר, ארוחת הבוקר שניתנה לבעלי ואוצ'ר, איננה מספקת וכל תוספת בתשלום.

Epic. Location, comfort, facilities and amenities. Staff excellent.
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Couldn't believe how lucky we were with this accomodation. Breakfast options delicious and great value. it was a good way to start the busy days. Facilites comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

L'emplacement était parfait. Le personnel était très agréable. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. La chambre était joliment décorée et la salle de bain jolie et pratique.

בחדר אין מכונת קפה, כוסות , דברים בסיסים
מקלחת שירותים קטנים מאוד ולא נוחים
מים נוזלים
ביקשתי מים וכפית - ביקשו שארד לקבלה לקחת כי אין שירות להביא דברים לחדרים
ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד
פשוט לא מלון כיפי לא נוח ובטח שלא קרוב ל 5 כוכבים. אולי 3 וגם זה בקושי

Terrific Hotel, Staff and Location (clean A++)
Pros:

Great staff at front desk and the cleaning crew were fantastic. We loved our room - the executive suite. Stayed at a standard room at first but at 250 sq feet, it's really suited for one person or two if staying for a short trip. Once we transitioned to the larger Exec Suite, there was plenty of space. The location is everything with this hotel. Just enough off the busiest streets so it's calm around your hotel but close enough that just a few blocks of walking gets you to Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Hall, Fine Shopping, Fine Dining, Quick Dining, NYPL and close to the subway station and bus stops for public transportation.
