superbe hôtel proche de tout, très calme malgré son emplacement central
Pros:

La localisation est clairement l'atout majeur de l'hôtel! Proche de time square et de la gare centrale et donc de toutes les commodités, les déplacements vers les lieux d'intérêt sont vraiment facilités. Le personnel est très attentif, aux petits soins. Nous pouvons demander des petites bouteilles d'eau pour la journée. Il y a également un distributeur d'eau citronnée dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est agréable lorsque nous rentrons d'une journée de marche. La chambre familiale est petite mais très confortable et assez spacieuse pour un court séjour. La literie est vraiment qualitative. Un point extrêmement important: le calme! Les chambres sont vraiment bien insonorisées. Le ménage est effectué chaque jour. Nous avions sélectionné le petit déjeuner. Nous pensions qu'il était présenté sous forme de buffet mais il s'agit en réalité d'un service à table. Nous avons préféré opter les jours suivants pour le petit déjeuner à emporter ( le café est en plus à disposition dans le hall de l'hôtel ) et avons pu profiter de ce service dans la chambre. En un mot je recommande!

Cons:

Une petite déception mais vraiment rapidement chassée par tous les points positif de l'hôtel: le petit déjeuner. Nous nous attendions à un buffet. En réalité le service se fait à table. Il y a 4 choix possibles dans la carte compris dans notre ticket petit déjeuner. Le reste de la carte occasionne des suppléments.

Cons:

הניקיון על הפנים לא שאבו לא החליפו מצעים לאחר מספר ימים ששהינו במלון . החדר די קטן אין אור הרעש של המזגנים והדלתות של החדרים שנפתחות ונסגרות מפריע מאוד .
ארוחת בוקר טעימה אבל דלה יש 4 מנות והשאר עולה כסף .

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Iroquois Times Square Hotel. The staff was welcoming and consistently helpful. The room was large for New York City and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room had good lighting. The location was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go. One day during our stay was rainy and the hotel provided umbrellas. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to make selections from a menu. We would definitely choose to stay at the Iroquois Times Square again.

Ótima estadia
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Tem serviço de limpeza de quartos todos os dias o que é raro hoje em dia nos EUA, como em NY os quartos são muito pequenos faz diferença. O café da manhã mudou para a la carte , sem a gorjeta inclusa e tem apenas 4 opções inclusas. Mas são bem gostosas e completas, incluindo ovos com batatas e torrada, omelete com queijo ricota, croissant ou iogurte com frutas e granola. O hotel também oferece um happy hour alguns dias da semana para os hospédes. As camas e roupas de cama são de ótima qualidade.

Cons:

Senti falta do cold brew do passado e o café gelado oferecido é péssimo. Em geral o café do café da manhã não é dos melhores. Fora isso tudo perfeito

Lovely quiet safe peaceful boutique hotel with nice staff and brilliant location.

Lovely man on check in and overall staff are lovely.
Fruit available on reception.

Cons:

Breakfast service a bit variable depending on staff - some engaged and efficient one or two not so efficient .Shouldn’t be too critical as overall we loved breakfast service and food divine. We stayed a week.

Location, prefect, close to TS, room very elegant and comfy beds, walking distance to everywhere.

Cons:

breakfast very rigid no exceptions were allowed (for a simple extra white toast they wanted to charge us) and rude waitresses.

Pros:

מיקום מעולה במרכז.
נחמד מאוד שיש בקבלה שתיה קרה וחמה לצד פירות.
ארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה, אם כי לא מאוד גדולה, ובנוסף היינו שמחים אם היו מוגשים ירקות ללא צורך לבקש אותם במיוחד.
רוצים לציין במיוחד את המלצר המקסים -ARMAL DA TOSCANO- שהיה מאוד שירותי, אדיב ונענה לכל בקשותינו ושאלותינו בסבלנות ובנועם.
גם כשהייתה תקלה במזגן- הצוות הטכני עשה ככל שביכולתו כדי לפתור את התקלה במהירות.

It was ok. The price was very good for the location but I would not call it a luxury hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast included was very good, besides the coffee which was luke warm and the half and half tasted off. The bathroom was small but very nice.

Cons:

The room was very small, dark and looked tired, even on a high floor.

The Iroquois Hotel is always my choice for my NYC visits.
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect. Just off the Times Square fray, there is easy access to theaters, restaurants, the subway, Penn Station, and Port Authority.
My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The breakfast with add-on options was very nice.
