Terrible service
Pros:

At the time of our arrival I was told they would provide a crib for my baby. I put my older two children to bed and then went to reception to ask again about a crib and was told housekeeping would get to us. At this point it was past midnight, so I tried letting the baby sleep in between my husband and myself. My baby crawled to the foot of the bed and fell off, giving himself a bloody nose. I went down to the lobby to ask at reception a third time for a crib and was once again given the brush off. I was only able to eventually get a crib by wandering the halls looking for other hotel staff to appeal to and eventually found a security guard who was able to get a crib within minutes. Now days later my baby is still bruised and has a disrupted sleep schedule.

Very very very bad experience with the room and staff. They did not even care to compensate.

I had to change 3 rooms within 3 days of my stay with family due to cleanliness and a nail popping on the floor(safety). Very bad experience.

Pros:

Very comfortable. Typical Fairfield hotel. Clean, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Excellent location to Disney and retail and restaurants.

Quick stay
Pros:

I had a good stay at this hotel - booked last minute for a conference in town. It is very well located, near so much, and a quick rideshare anywhere I was going.
Excellent staff. The gentleman who runs breakfast is a gem - he is upbeat and really makes your morning cheery.

False advertising, old, falling apart!
Pros:

I stayed at a Fairfield hotel in Orlando, reservation D3GJ5YW3C, and there were no end of problems. I complained (case 894279666) and was told that they can't do anything about most of the problems, but the biggest problem is that they advertised a 6 person room and gave me a 5 person. The hotel's response is that a twin bed is big enough for two adults! That's blatent false advertising, and I demand that they change it so their site calls them 5 person rooms. I also need the company's assurance that they won't allow this to happen at other hotels! And because of all the other problems (ice makers, luggage carts, bathrooms, breakfast areas, parking) they really need to do a full review of this property. Let's add the toilet clogged twice, the lobby bathrooms were in disrepair, the breakfast was sub-par, and the luggage carts are all different as if they went around and stole one cart from each other local hotel!

The room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. It was great for a two night stay while we went to Disney. Close to parks and restaurants.

The AC was a bit noisy but at least it was cool. Water pressure was low in the shower.
