Great hotel to stay at when I go to Disney. Close to the parks. Cheapest parking rates of any other hotel. They used to have free parking, so it was a bummer it changed. The rooms are always clean, but could use some repairs. Everything always works. The hotel is quiet and friendly. Breakfast is great. It’s clean and respectable.
Choices of breakfast can be better. When we got there at 8a they ran out of potatoes and yogurt. the person in charge of the buffet and controlling the serving of the food advised us that they don't have anymore potatoes.

This hotel is busy (as expected) due to its proximity to the Disney World Resort. Pricing is good and the parking fee is better than most that are close to the Resort. The Marriott employee that checked us in (Veronica) was exceptional - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One good employee can make a difference.
Check in hwas great. Breakfast was good. Room cleaning left something to be desired. Did not restock coffee , or cups. Also did not dump trash! Enjoyed the pool
El traslado a los parques
La atención del personal de recepción pésima me pasé tres días con mi hija durmiendo pésimo por no cambiarme de habitación, el mal olor a humedad en los pasillos y habitaciones, el cobro de estacionamiento que es público y además publican que no se hacen cargo por robos (cobran por el uso pero no se hacen responsables ) la atención es mala , no lo recomendaría ,conociendo otros Fairfield este lugar le falta mucho

Falta de comunicação entre os funcionários da manutenção com os da recepção/atendimento, pois faltou comunicação entre as partes!
It was close to our competition
The bathroom wasn’t great and the AC made a lot of noise
Okay but not up to the Marriott standards. The hotel is clearly old with patchwork and water stains on the ceiling . The room door stuck and same with the bathroom door. Floor was sort of vacuumed but there were noticeable crumbs from the last guests on the carpet. Guest service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was standard fair. Keep in mind they share a parking lot with a strip mall and direct you to park behind the stores if there is space.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. Loved that our room was housekept daily.
The bathroom needs updating and a better shower curtain. Kids kept getting floor completely wet.
