تعامل الموظفين اكثر من رائع. في الاستقبال السادة معاذ وايمن. وفي المطعم الاخت فاطمة والسيد انور اكرمونا في الفطور وكان تعاملهم معنا جدا رائع.

Le petit déjeuner ils manquait des tasses des cuillères du sucre machine à café en panne les deux dont une relier par un petit tuyau à une brique de lait d’un litre bonjour l’hygiène ce n est pas professionnel et pas de personnel obligé d aller les chercher ce n est pas digne d un 4 étoiles
Salle du petit déjeuner à revoir que le personnel soit à l écoute du client et surtout qu’il fasse leur boulot car manquait de vaisselle à 9h et qu’il ya que 6 clients ça craint et faire attention a la vaisselle car elle est pratiquement toute ébréchée
Bonne surprise! L’hôtel a une très bonne localisation à côté de la gare de rabat ville et à côté du tramway.
C’était calme et moderne
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner pour lequel j’avais quelques doutes au vu des commentaires mais il était très bien (mini viennoiseries, mini msemen, baghrir, pancakes, cakes, fruits coupés, pain…)
Le service du petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur. Il a fallu demander plusieurs fois pour avoir des tasses, les plateaux ne sont pas toujours réapprovisionnés en aliments dès qu’ils se vident, le café est proposé parfois dans la machine en libre service, parfois dans une vraie machine de barrista selon les clients. Nous n’avons pas eu cette chance. Ou peut être que cette version était payante mais rien d’indiqué.
Établissement bien placer place de parking à proximité, le personnel accueillant et aimable à notre service je remercie Aymen Jawad Hind mohad et Souhail qui on été gentil et qui nous on permis de passer un bon séjour à Rabat
Je dirais pas que ce sont des points négatifs mais plus des points améliores pour un 4* : travailler sur les finitions de salle de bain et que les services de chambre peuvent ce faire aussi dans l’aprem midi sinon ces un jolie établissement
Good location very clean and staff amazing very helpful in restaurant Anwar and wissam really good mouad Hind souhail jawad and Ayman at reception was really good always helpful and they r friendly especially Ayman did lots of help never said no to anything amazing wissam made really nice coffee and always smile. Especially thank you to mouad and management of the hotel .good team work.

Mein Zimmer für 2 Person ist Eng
Frühstück war nicht gut, die Speisen sahen eher alt aus nicht frisch, weder Käse oder verschiedenes Brot. Wir gingen auswärts Frühstücken. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel, müsste überarbeitet werden.
Raucher überall, wir konnten unseres Fenster nicht öffnen und das im Sommer. Der kleine Garten und Terrasse war mit Rauchern besetzt. Wir nehmen an auch Raucher aus der Belegschaft vom Hotel.
