Only stay for a week if u value your sleeping

Basins, majority of furniture is dated
Beds are appalling, extremely hard & and probably purchased like that to extend life

Sleep is important in a holiday, so first step improve all beds

We had a comfortable stay and felt safe and welcomed.
Pros:

It was welcoming and a good size. Staff very welcoming. Room was nice, bathroom huge.

The restaurant was super fun and captivating with its retro feel, entertainment and dancing happening while you eat. Good energy for sure!

Cons:

Bathroom had no fan and our balcony was directly above the staff smoking area.

Pros:

Went to Florida from Pennsylvania for a 7 days stay. Nice place, needs updating but it could have been alot worse in my opinion. Staff was pleasant and helpful. AC worked great in the room, loved the 2 room balcony, It's a quieter place to stay with not much to do if youre looking for action this isn't it. Which is why I liked it. They did have entertainment by the pool with a guy singing in the afternoons, I could have done without that but I saw people singing along. I just sat on the beach when he was playing. Fresh towels dailiy was great! And freshen up of the room in the middle of the stay was great too. Would I go back? Probably not, only because this is a big country and there's alot more to see!!

Awesome beach and resort location
Pros:

We can't wait to go back. The resort is on a great beach and has an indoor restaurant/bar with live music plus a tiki bar (with food service) right next to the pool area. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance, so a car is never required. Staff was friendly and provided service around the pool.

Best vacation location
Pros:

This is our 8th visit to Palm Beach Shores and plan to return next year. The location is everything! We also appreciate the low key vibes and feeling of coming home to family.

Location, clean, quiet, & comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful.

We learned the first night to sleep with the microwave door open in room 527 otherwise it would randomly start the fan in the middle of the night, starling us awake.

The valet didn’t seem to know what was going on when we pulled up. We were confused about parking. It was also slightly hard to understand him. But he was nice, and we figured it out.

The restaurant was understaffed. What should’ve been an hour max turned into 2+ hours. The food was great, but service took a long time. There was a mistake, but the server made it right and the manager was also hospitable and apologetic about the wait.

My husband really liked an on tap beer at the restaurant but was unable to get it at the tiki bar 10 feet away which was odd so we left without ordering anything.

The beach and beach service were great. It was quiet & relaxing & easy to get chairs. We were told our chair reservation was for the “entire day” so when we left for a late lunch & came back, we were surprised to see all the chairs were packed up & gone.

I think communication and better preparation for guests could use some work.
