Poor and disappointing. The staff need to do better.

Was convenient location

Cons:

The heat wave would have made most Paris stays uncomfortable without air conditioning and a fan had been provided, however we arrived to find the windows closed and the room was stifling.
The lounge area is a pleasant space and supposedly has tea and coffee but there was no effort to provide much needed water and there were no paper cups at all.
Our bed was made but no towels replaced despite them being left on the floor.
Our worst stay in terms of value for money.

Cons:

Camera all'ultimo piano senza aria condizionata, il letto era bollente a causa delle alte temperature raggiunte, il telefono no si caricava per l'alta temperatura che c'era in camera. Siamo state costrette a cambiare hotel perchè era veramente invivibile, la struttura non ci ha riconosciuto alcun rimborso. Albergo vecchio e sporco, prezzo ingiustificato per una simile struttura

Sur mon séjour prévu de 4 nuits je suis rester que 1 nuit
d'ailleurs je demande le remboursement des 3 autres nuits
de plus en même temps d'autres clients ont quitte l'hotel au même moment

Great location, great staff, but it is shocking that for the price you pay you there is no air con.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out of service during the week of the heat wave in Paris but no warning message was put on the online booking page that the air conditioning was out of service. A small fan was provided but this was clearly not enough, especially for a hotel which was EUR 375 per day. It is only when you enter the room that you can read a notice that the air conditioning is out of service To be fair, the hotel did not advertise (purposely?) any air conditioning on its booking page as part of its service, so no partial refund was awarded, but for this price, the expectation is that your stay would be comfortable and air conditioned, especially during the heat wave. I moved to another hotel half the price next to Centre Pompidou and they had air conditioning.

NO AC- one fan- I asked for another and was lied to by an employee- got one later- narrow staircase in case of fire, it’s hopeless.

la posizione dell'hotel ottima, il bagno con vasca e doccia abbastanza ok, prodotti shampoo e bagnoschiuma ok, salviette ok

Cons:

In generale la moquette consumata, l'arredamento datato e la mancanza di aria condizionata

Situación céntrica, pero no volvería al hotel buscaría alternativas en la zona

Mobiliario, moqueta y en general decadente. Bañera no apropiada, muy peligrosa. Escasa insonorización para estar en calle céntrica muy transitada. Limpieza de la habitación lamentable
