practical money saving option in combination with convenience, but other then that.......
Pros:

place itself is generally ok, but it was fully occupied with homeless ppl and second-hand drug and cigarette dealers.

Cons:

there are no air-conditioning from this hotel, my staying was around 31 degree and it was too hot and i have never seen a small bathroom in my life in any of the hotel.

Bien pour une ou deux nuits
Pros:

La réception ouverte 24h/24 est un plus et permet de circuler librement. Malgré une salle de bain légèrement vétuste et peu moderne, l'endroit était très propre.

Cons:

Les murs entre les chambre sont très fins et nous avons entendus nos voisines de chambre débriefer de leur soirée à 2h du matin, bien qu'elles de criaient pas.

Pros:

Room comfort and Cleanliness were just great

Cons:

It was fine for me, but if it's your first time in Paris, you might not like seeing immigrants nearby selling cigars and other things. Anyway is totally safe so dont worry
