El amplísimo hall con una parte donde puedes beber agua y café. La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda.

The property was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The excellent location is close to Rittenhouse Square and a short walk to Reading Terminal Market. The standard queen room is not cramped but is compact, as expected for a major city downtown location. Price/performance is outstanding… bed sheets are even ironed!
Staff was accommodating, congenial, and thoroughly professional. Superb espresso machine, beautiful lobby, absolutely clean room, very helpful engineering associate that attended to the TV.
The room was a bit cramped for a 2 single bed room, and the beds were a bit on the small side. Nothing that I couldn't have remediated by staff for any future stays.

Struggled with the coffee maker
My check-in experience was horrible. I had booked through booking.com and my booking seemed fine but when I was trying to check-in at night, the hotel staff informed me that my booking was cancelled on the same day due to a credit card decline but none of this info had reached me through any email or notification of any sort. I was very disappointed and showed them that the booking was still showing from my side. After more than 90 minutes of back and forth and many episodes of "we can't do anything and we are fully booked" the manager on the phone asked them to try something and they were able to retain the booking miraculously. After feeling slightly relieved, I realized they were charging more than double the original rate and I inquired about this only for them to assure me that only the booking rate would be charged. After the transaction was done, the charged amount was the higher rate and it took another 3 days of negotiations to retain the original booking rate. In a nutshell, my stay was a hectic one not to mention that the rooms and amenities are mediocre at best.
