Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la propreté et le calme.

Cons:

Difficulté pour le stationnement. Pas d'équipement tels que frigo, micro-onde dans la chambre.

A great getaway in a great city
Pros:

The property was in a great location. The decor was very modern and chic. I appreciated the fact that they had sparkling water on tap as well as still water. The room was very nice and spacious with an amazing view.

Cons:

I really liked everything about this hotel. I do feel like although the room was clean there maybe should’ve been a second check. There was a hanger that was in the room on the floor by the dresser which was from a previous stay.

Ignored Requests, Missing Package, and Weeks of Silence from Hotel Staff
Pros:

My husband stayed at this hotel from May 27 to May 31/2026 and, unfortunately, what should have been a simple issue turned into weeks of frustration due to the hotel’s complete lack of communication.

Before checking out, he specifically asked the front desk not to accept a package if it arrived after his departure. The staff assured him this had been noted, and he also sent the same request by email.

Despite these clear instructions, the hotel accepted the package the following day.

Since then, we have sent multiple emails and received no response. I spoke with the Manager on Duty on the evening of June 8, who asked me to send an email with the details, which I did. On June 18, I spoke with Matthew at the front desk, who again advised me to send an email. We have now sent more than six emails and still have not received a single response.

The package remains in the hotel’s possession and has significant value. The issue is no longer the package itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a guest for weeks while holding their property is unacceptable.

We sincerely hope this review finally prompts hotel management to contact us and help resolve this matter.

Hotel was nice, room was mostly clean upon arrival, could have been better. My only other complaint was the streaming service was down so we were stuck picking from the 20 some channels on tv.
