Room, Location, Clean ! Great towels, toilettries, Gym was excellent whihc had a squat rack, dumbell rack and cardio equipment!
Also includes a SPA which was getting work done to it but there was a gigantic sauna and steam room
Lobby Wifi could have been stronger! Wifi in the rooms was great though!
$8 for Figi Water...
The staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the lobby 🍸
And excellent gym area.

Great spot! Luxurious! I think it usually is on the more pricey side but I got a great deal on the place at base price of $290/night during World Cup!!! It’s perfectly centralized in downtown Philly. It’s clean! It gives off high scale vibes while having reasonable pricing for the rooms.
The only negative is I think the attached restaurant is just over the top. Not really worth the cost vs the actual dishes you get. I paid $43 dollars for one breakfast….one person. And the breakfast wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad, just not worth the value paid.

convenient location very good
booked via booking .com and was not advised valet parking on site, I had to prior book parking which was difficult as used hire vehicle, and then struggled to find parking location as travelled from UK. Had to walk 30 minutes to reach hotel, arrived late for lunch booking, hot and tired. When arrived was then told why didn't we use the valet parking service, which we had not previously been advised of and didn't go down with me to well!!!!
Great services and staff. Comforting beds and clean.
Location was ok
Room loud from hvac unit cover. But maintenance came quickly to fix the rattling noise. Room was dusty especially on window sills even after asking for housekeeping to clean it wasn’t clean well. There was also a bug in the room. Garbage was left in the room. Dirty cup on floor and a vape on the floor near bed. valet was not friendly
