Pros:

Location, value, access to food, parking was good. Tons of room in our suite that was set up like an apartment. Great for long term stay or short.

Cons:

Tricky figuring out the antique shower knobs. Water was scalding hot. Room temp was freezing cold. After some trial and error we got it right.

Best Stay thanks to Giannina
Pros:

I went to here for my first anniversary with my husband and baby girl and at first i was hesitate because of some “bad reviews” but i just trusted my gut and booked anyway and it was AMAZING. Shoutout to GIANNINA RUGGIERO for upgrading us and making sure we have the best stay and definitely make our anniversary more special. The view from our room was so great !! The location of the hotel is also where you need to be in Philly

Disgusting I will never stay here again
Pros:

The spa and pool were nice; valet was very quick.

Cons:

My room smelled of urine. I wiped the side of the vanity and it was brown the paper was drooping from water damage all over the headboard was peeling.

Pros:

Room and rooftop pool was nice.

Cons:

Parking was terrible, waited at least 30 minutes to get my car.

Manager at restaurant was horrible, she was very condescending towards my husband. I have no clue why she had an attitude and would not listen to him.

Amazing staff, comfort, and location.
Pros:

Great location could walk One Direction to the Barnes and other museums and then the next day walk the other direction to see all of the history of the revolution. Just down the street from love Park And logan Park. The rooftop pool view was lovely.

Cons:

Floors are tile so disposable slippers would be nice. Our shampoo ran out.
