Amazing staff, comfort, and location.
Pros:

Great location could walk One Direction to the Barnes and other museums and then the next day walk the other direction to see all of the history of the revolution. Just down the street from love Park And logan Park. The rooftop pool view was lovely.

Cons:

Floors are tile so disposable slippers would be nice. Our shampoo ran out.

would recommend--great location, spacious suites, comfort and convenience assured
Pros:

I loved that the room had a kitchenette and a balcony. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space for luggage and the bathroom was clean.
I've stayed here more than I can count and will keep coming back; great place for comfort, convenience, and LOCATION LOCATION!!!

Cons:

I had to request housekeeping several days in a row before I finally got it. My room wasn't serviced until my 4th day at the hotel. After that, they came regularly to replace towels and such so it must've been an anomaly.
I was also disappointed by the sitting space. The room is a suite after all, and it has a corner with a single arm chair. There is no side table to place items on while seated. A small carpet/rug would've also been nice to center the space and give it more warmth/coziness.

Decent hotel close to public transport

Good location

Cons:

A bit noisy at times, as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. This wasn’t a major issue. We also had intermittent WiFi issues and loss of tv channels at times but again, nothing major!

Good Choice in Center City
Pros:

I was very pleased with my stay at the Windsor Suites. The room was large, with a huge closet. The kitchenette was nice, although my refrigerator wouldn't open all the way due to a slight design flaw (the baseboard is too thick and blocks the opening of the door). The pool area is nice, even if you don't want to swim due to the great city views. They have security, especially at night, which is nice. Walking distance to City Hall, Franklin Institute, and Suburban Station. I do wish they had a complimentary breakfast, but there is an attached restaurant that has breakfast on weekends.

Pros:

Our 1 bedroom suite was HUGE. Bedroom, living room, kitchenette and 3 closets!
Plenty of space for our family. Edwin was super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay next time we are in town.
