Pros:

Great location and excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Even though the hotel was extremely busy due to the World Cup, the team remained attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a real highlight and a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended.

World Cup Visit
Pros:

The staff couldn't do enough for us. Anyrhing we asked for wasnt a problem, a kettle, a toaster. The location is excellent, we felt save there and the hotel was spotless. The pool on the roof is a real treat.

Great location, exceptional staff and very good restaurant and Pub
Pros:

With the exception that the A/C was not able to cool the room below 75 degrees, even at night and rattled, this is a nice place to stay. Excellent location and the real standouts are the staff, room cleanliness and exceptional prompt response by the maintenance team. Don’t miss the Asian restaurant and the Pub. Both are terrific. Yes, it was 101 outside for 2 of the 5 days there but not at night.

We enjoyed our stay for our Daughter 8th birthday it was everything she wanted and she loved the room and space she had
Pros:

I love the room size and comfort. The accommodation and staff response was great the view from the balcony and roof top was amazing I loved our whole stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the fact that the pool closed earlier than expected.

Location, location, location
Pros:

The Windsor Suites is ideally located for visits to Philadelphia’s prime tourist sites. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the view from the balcony. Having a kitchen made it possible to economize on breakfast- we stocked up on groceries at a Trader Joe’s about six blocks from the hotel. All in all, the hotel was an excellent choice for our four-day trip to Philadelphia.

After the not so great check in, everything else was great. Staff friendly.
Pros:

I liked the extras, like chocolates and water delivered to my room complimentary.

Cons:

I waited almost an hour and a half after check in time because the room wasn't ready at their stated check in time. The deck on the club level was locked my entire stay not sure why. The snacks on the club level sub-par, especially breakfast. Something more than cereal or bread would be nice. A wrapped muffin maybe?

Great Experience
Pros:

Upon entering the hotel the valet parking attendant was very attentive and very helpful as we checked in the person checking us in and I do apologize for not knowing their names but they were very helpful they explained everything they even offered to take our stuff to the room we got to the room our room was very clean the view was nice the kitchen was spotless the housekeeping staff was very prompt when you asked for towels or toothbrush and toothpaste everything overall was great if I had my way I would stay there again the pool very nice rooftop that very nice the exercise room the only thing that was missed was the observation room where you could go and have a little snack or brunch with closed but other than that everything was wonderful I booked my stay with Stephanie.
