Broken AC & terrible service
Pros:

Terrible experience. Got to my room after a work event and room was 77 degrees, even though the AC was turned down to the 60s. Went down to front desk and was told the entire hotel was experiencing the same, nothing could be done, it was "unfixable". No room move would help, it was all the same everywhere. Ended up sleeping on the couch because the bedroom was impossiblely hot, and even with 2 fans it stayed at 77 until the next morning. Kicker was, the next morning when I checked out, I spoke to someone who said he was a manager, and said that was not true, ac was not broken throughout the hotel, and he was sorry. No answer on why I was lied to the night before or not offered a room change, no discount on the room or the $50 parking fee, just, sorry. Confirmed with my coworkers that their AC was ok. Beyond frustrating experience. My CEO had issues with checking in, room not being ready until after 3:30pm, then being sent to a dirty room. My tub was peeling and dirty, but that was the least of my problems. Overall, just really awful service. It's a shame because it's a pretty hotel and the location is excellent.

Facilities ruin an otherwise nice place
Pros:

location and hotel is good looking

Cons:

The air conditioner doesn't cool and hard to sleep at night because of that. Water shut off at night very hard. we got there late and couldn't use the water

Horrible, terrible, stay away from this place

Cons:

They don’t provide any service, I stay there three nights, they don’t do bedding even once ( i didnt ask for not doing bedding). The phone in the room is not working, front office is basically non-reachable from room. Toothpaste is not offered, even when I ask for it, front desk said it is out of stock. The elevator in the building is very slow and not responsive, you will need to hit the down button 10 times to make it work once, plus one elevator was out of service the whole time. Free water is not provided in the room, instead they provide a huge bottle of water, $7 for each, which is very hilarious. Room cleaning is very hectic, they don’t even bother to close the trash can cabinet door after changing the trash bag. Too bad!
