Proximity to Rome Termini. Close to some great restaurants. Rooms were big, clean with perfect AC temperature. Bathrooms were modern with a rain shower and provided nice soaps and other amenities. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful in recommending restaurants. Outdoor rooftop terrace was fantastic and served a great breakfast. I felt safe and the room was very soundproof considering the busy area.

Cons:

All was great. Only thing I would have liked in the room is a small kettle to make coffee/tea and real glassware rather than plastic. Other than that all was fantastic.

Comfortable but lacking the relaxed evening drink in a hotel bar
Pros:

The room was clean and the air con was very good. Breakfast was limited in just scrambled egg and "hotdog" sausages with fruit and some pastries. Laundry service was very good fast and efficient

Cons:

Breakfast could have had more cooked items. Would benefit from a bar on site and a pool due to the heat.

Outstanding Experience
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. They really couldn't do enough for you. They provided recommendations on great restaurants, nearby supermarkets and even how to prep for some of our excursions.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and had everything you needed. We were in one of the inside rooms and didn't hear a single noise the whole time of our stay. Plus there are 2 lifts for accessibility.

The location is great if you have lots of tourist attractions booked. Its right round the corner from Termini station and you can use the subway to get close to all the main attractions. It was only €14 each for a 48 hour metro pass. If coming from Rome Airport, its great because you can get the Leonardo express direct into Termini station and again only €14 per person. Unlike other hotels we saw, they did have nicer views but if you have lots planned, this is an ideal spot for getting to all those must see attractions.

The breakfast was simple but delicious. There's a few hot options but its mostly continental and professional coffee machines and fresh juice. Breakfast was between 7-10am.

I did read some negative reviews about the area, but not once did we feel unsafe walking about. Yes there is some graffiti on the surrounding buildings and there's quite a few tourist shops about but the hotel itself is beautiful. We will definitely be going back.

There's also a big supermarket 3 minutes walk away to buy some juice and snacks (across from the Basilica De Santa Maria on the corner). There is a smaller supermarket (Tigre) a few shops down but it is more expensive so I recommend walking a little further for better choice and to save money.

There is no shortage of food restaurants nearby. If you have fussy easters there is also KFC across the road and McDonalds round the corner. Our favourite place to eat was the Amedeo about 5 minutes walk away. The food and service was amazing.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Because we had an inside room, we didnt have a great view but it was more than made up for by the great sleeps we got. Also we didnt spend a whole lot of time in the room during the day because we were out exploring so it didnt really matter.

Just like any other city, the metro is very busy between 7-9am and 4-6pm, especially on the A Line. This doesnt affect the hotel but thought it would be good to know to try to avoid these times (if possible).

Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The hotel was very well located and some of the staff were friendly and welcoming

Cons:

It was so dirty. Black mould all over the shower. Shower leaked so the bathroom floor was always flooded. They didn’t provide enough towels. No coffee station in the room, I’ve never stayed anywhere where at least a kettle and instant coffee weren’t provided.
There a green light above the door that lights up the whole room and the air conditioner was very loud, both of which made sleeping very challenging. I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it. I can’t figure out why it has a good rating
