We truly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon.
Pros:

I can give you list of things 1st the view was spectacular. The game area that you can rent was awesome. The pool area and outside seating was so comfortable and amazing. The restaurant food was excellent. Very positive energy from everyone at the front desk.

All in all a beautiful hotel that is perfectly located
Pros:

Great in person staff. Shops and restaurants were great and the room was clean.

Cons:

Was told I would be able to get in and out of parking with my room key. That was not the case. My husband tried to order champagne to my room as a surprise but he got attitude from staff and was unable to add strawberries because it was past 5pm. He called at 6pm. I didn’t think there was a time restriction on room service.

Shuttleservice ist top, sonst würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Toll fand mir den Shuttle Service zum Flughafen. Das war auch der einzigste Grund warum wir das Hotel gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gut. Das war das teuerste Hotel im Urlaub, das Zimmer war muffelig, man konnte nicht mal die Tür zur Terrasse öffnen!
Obwohl das zugesagt war an der Rezeption.

Das Zimmer war älter, und für den Preis absolut enttäuschend. Nicht mal Frühstück war inklusive, das wussten wir aber vorher.

Great hotel and location
Pros:

I stayed here while attending a business conference and had an excellent experience. The hotel felt very safe, and the location couldn’t have been better. There are numerous great restaurants within walking distance, and the surrounding area offers beautiful harbor and ocean views.

As someone who enjoys staying active while traveling, I appreciated the many jogging routes nearby. I also took advantage of the pool, gym, and sauna, all of which were clean, well-maintained, and excellent.

Ate dinner at Island prime located nearby and the view itself is worth going alone.

The food was very tasty, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Overall, great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Thumbs up to our room service, every day they clean our room and change the sheets. We loved the marina view, and the pool was a big plus. The only thing we did not like was the servers at the cabana bar. We were assisted with seating, but when we were ready to order, nobody was there to assist or take our orders. We waited for a while but all of the servers just walked by like they didn't even see us. We were already hungry, so we left and just went to Romurosa. Good thing the server who assisted us was nice and treated us very well. I told myself I would make a review about it but I was just busy, and I didn't get a chance to write a review. Overall everything went well.

Great value minutes from airport
Pros:

Gorgeous property, definitely older building but does not feel it at all. Rooms were extremely well appointed. Had a wonderful view of the harbor and downtown from my room. Outdoor seating, fire pits, fancy chairs, chaises overlooking the water were a highlight.

Beautiful hotel, good location
Pros:

Reception was quite brusque, but the rest of my encounters with staff were very welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and great location, close to the airport, close to the water, and close to walking paths. Really appreciated the s’mores at the fire pit

Lage und Aussicht sehr gut. Hotel verspricht Leistungen,die nicht erfüllt werden.
Pros:

Ausblick vom Zimmer. Relativ ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Buchung Frühstück inbegriffen. Was so aber nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Es gab nur einen Voucher, welcher die Kosten nicht deckte.
Pool war wegen Bauarbeiten nicht benutzbar. Bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich,
Das Parken ist äusserst teuer. 10 Gehminuten entfernt das gleiche um einen Bruchteil der Hotel Parkkosten.
