Works in a pinch and for less cost, but I wouldn’t choose it again.
Pros:

Comfy bed & pillows, good thermostat & AC, 2 staff people I came into contact with were nice.

Cons:

Someone else’s hair was on the bathroom floor. Hallway floor & stairs (carpeting) badly needed vacuuming. The place needs a lot of updating. The included “breakfast “ consisted of some cheap-looking bagels, some packaged fruit bars, some apples & oranges that didn’t look appealing, instant oatmeal packets and coffee. This area and the lobby looked shabby.

Our stay was good. The morning gentlemen was great very friendly

Cons:

But when we checked in the employee really didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It was a female. I didn't catch her name younger looking. She didn't really go over anything with us like breakfast times or anything like that

I don’t know if we’ll stay there again.
Pros:

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable

Cons:

The flow of the shower head was too strong and wasn’t adjustable and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were mounted right under the shower head - these should be on the opposite wall of the shower. They were hard to get to without sticking your head under the shower head. The doors (interior and exterior) were all banged up with paint missing.

For the price that I paid, I could have gone to a hotel that was around the corner and may have received cleaner sheets.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to what I needed to get buisness done.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. The bedsheets had a very foul odor to them and the pillows I had where just rolled up sheets with a pillow cover over them. I had to ask for a new pillow but was met with the same outcome.
