No laundry service even though the laundry was collected by housekeeping in good time. Very disappointing!
Savannah and Josiah at the front desk were both friendly and helpful during my stay. They were easy to talk to, answered my questions, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Customer service like theirs definitely makes a difference. Thanks!

Desgraciadamente salimos muy temprano y no comimos el desayuno
Location was central. Able to walk to Public Market, Aquarium. Monorail to museums and Climate Pledge. Refrigerator and coffee maker, and bottled water in room.
A microwave in room would be nice.
Everything!

Convenient location, very walkable area. Fantastic view.
Like most downtowns in most cities, reasonably priced parking can be a challenge
Great location! 3 blocks from Pikes Market. You can see it from the corner of the hotel. There is a parking garage directly across the street so no need to pay for valet parking. It was $35 nightly to park and stay and $45 for in and out, if you wanted to park then go somewhere and come back to park. There is a coffee maker and fridge but no microwave. There's a Starbucks in the lobby but you will wait in a long line.
No microwave
The staff was amazing everyone was nice helpful and considerate, loved how they lent out umbrellas when it rained.
The pool was cold, not enough cream supplied for coffee supplied
It was lovely, clean and close to the Pike Place Market.
The rooms were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant were wonderful.
Excellent room with comfortable bed. Great location.
On check in the receptionist failed to advise me that I had to ask for room service as it was not automatic. So my room was not serviced.
We have to pay for amazons delivery
3 out of 5 stars – Beautiful hotel, but the parking is a total rip-off
Stayed here for one night right before boarding a cruise from Seattle. We flew in a few days early, rented a car so we could explore the city, and chose the Sheraton Grand because of its great location and reputation.
The hotel itself is genuinely stunning — modern, clean, elegant lobby and rooms, and very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful with our early check-in and cruise-related questions. Everything about the property feels upscale and well-maintained. I would have easily given this place 5 stars based on the hotel experience alone.
Unfortunately, the $82 overnight valet parking fee for guests completely soured the stay. That’s not just expensive — it feels like a straight-up scam, especially when you’re only staying one night before a cruise. We opted out and parked across the street in a public garage for the weekend rate of just $10, which worked out perfectly fine.
If you’re flying in early, renting a car, and planning to stay here before your cruise, just be prepared for that hefty parking hit if you want the convenience of valet. It’s a shame because otherwise this is a fantastic hotel in a prime spot.
Would stay again only if I didn’t have a car.
