Only 1 out of 4 lifts working for most of our stay. Poor water pressure in the room. Minimal in-room facilities (no vanity kit, no hand/body lotion, no kettle)

Great location, stay on lower floor if possible. Elevators not reliable.

Cons:

Room didn’t seem super clean, stuffed animal and other items from other guests were behind furniture, items left in fridge from other guest. Had to walk down 24 flights of stairs with luggage around 10 am after waiting over half hour for an elevator , gave up and walked the stairs instead.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

I really liked the location, the bed was very comfortable and the room was large, I had a deluxe king. The staff were really helpful at reception and the facilities were fantastic.

Cons:

some of the accessories such as the telephone and the radio alarm clock with dick with dust. When we telephoned down to reception we were on hold for 20 minutes. It would have been better to go downstairs and queue at reception. The cups in the room were paper with a plastic coating inside to make water resistant and the cutlery was plastic. In 2026 with all the knowledge of the damage microplastics are doing to our bodies this was disappointing in such an expensive hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Walking distance to pike place and most places. Safe, secure, a little higher on the price scale. Comes with lots of perks like uber discounts, and $20 meal credit, but wish it was optional or could be credited back if not used.

Phenomenal stay!
