Liked the central location in the city.
The desk staff were helpful. Overall a good experience.

Cons:

The pool. Very recently chlorine shocked, too cool for the season. Seems like a poor design with no visible recirculation system for the water. And it would be nice to have frosted glass between it and the fitness center.

Convenient but price was high and did not reflect value.
Pros:

The location was near the convention center which was nice. The view from my room was pretty.

Cons:

The water from the bathroom sink took a long time to get hot. The shower felt like there was still cleaner on the bottom of it. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet and the sheet on it seemed too small. It didn't tuck under the top of the bed and easily moved which was uncomfortable and felt unclean.

Time for a Refresh!
Pros:

Upgraded to a spacious suite. While pretending to be luxurious, there were paper cups and plastic drinking glasses and minimal amenities. The lack of USB and AC outlets on night stands was also unfortunate. Time for a refresh!

Savannah and Josiah at the front desk were both friendly and helpful during my stay. They were easy to talk to, answered my questions, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Customer service like theirs definitely makes a difference. Thanks!
