Definitely would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, very comfortable, friendly staff.

Cons:

There was an unused microwave oven on the floor in the room by the door.
Wasn’t given clear instructions regarding the free Argosy boat tour. Of course, it’s possible I just didn’t listen.

Lovely hotel just a bit of a problem with billing
Pros:

The staff were amazing and helped us out with an early check in after a 14 hour flight.
Wait staff are nice

Cons:

Unfortunately they billed us for stuff from the mini bar that we didn’t use and also billed us twice still trying to get our money back no response yet from the hotel 3 days later

Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

The elevators were horrendous…the wait was at least 15 minutes. We ended up having to walk down 26 flights of stairs because of the wait. Then we had to take the elevator up just to go down. This alone would deter me from staying there again.
