Good stay but find an Amazon locker vs sending something to hotel.
Pros:

I love Westin Hotels. Lovely view. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I sent a package to the hotel, and it goes to the FedEx office, so youve 1. Got to be there while theyre open to get it. 2. Pay a storage fee!

The problem was not with my stay. It was with the staff from booking who ignored all my messages, phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional when I wanted to remove one night from my stay that I ended up paying an extra night. Unacceptable

Not quite the perfect stay for the money I spent.
Pros:

Very convenient location one block from transit to airport. Room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Could not get WiFi on my Chromebook. Had to use phone for any internet tasks. Also was told there was a $20 food and beverage credit, but I was charged for food I thought would be credited.

Very cordial and friendly Crew plus great location made our stay memorable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Heart of downtown location. Excellent behaviour, helping attitude and conduct of the Westin Crew Members.
Enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Cons:

The room rates were a little to the higher side.

Worth it for the location!
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

AC was not as good as I would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Could have cleaned the rooms a little better, they almost stopped cleaning on day 3. We were there for 4 nights.
