Pros:

The location was nice. When we arrived, I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in. They apparently have such a complicated check in process it takes a while.
Really, what takes the time is having to explain the 28 dollar "resort fee" or whatever they call it. I've never seen a hotel outside of Vegas with this fee. There is and upside-they give you a twenty dollar credit if you eat in one of their restaurants. The downside to that, of course...you cannot get anything for 20 bucks.

I had mussels in the restaurant bar for dinner and they were very good. The food at breakfast was okay, 103.00 breakfast for four.

Everything in Seattle is expensive, as to be expected.

The room was somewhat comfortable but missing power plugs and tables. We had a double room. There was one table to share between both beds and no side tables. Two USB and one plug for four people. SMH.

Cons:

No power plugs, long line to check in.

We Got there and it was absolutely awesome stayed for 1 night but it was sure as hell worth it.
Pros:

We didn't have time to get the complementary breakfast but I heard it was pretty tasty.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, Everything was so calm and peaceful one of my best trips by far.

Comfortable stay but overshadowed by ongoing bill complaint
Pros:

Hotel was clean, comfortable and great location and I would stay here again.

Cons:

Unfortunately tried to overcharge me for my stay by adding destination fee which I had already paid via Booking.com. Took several queries with front desk before they agreed to investigate. Each time I raised the issue it was told I misunderstood the booking. Not once did the staff say let me check and it was only when I asked to speak to manager was it investigated and agreed fee had already been paid.

Comfortable place to stay, particularly for seeing a show at Dimitriou's Jazz Alley
Pros:

Room and bed were terrific as usual. We requested a quiet room on upper floor away from the elevators and ice machines and you honored that request perfectly. thank you

Cons:

There was a very strong smell of cleaning products near the Relish restaurant. It was overwhelming. And every now and then, I smelled the same thing in our bathroom (but to a much lesser degree). Keep in mind many people are overwhelmed by strong scents.

I felt safe as a solo traveler. It was convenient and clean.

I could use some updates, I had a great view but the windows were dirty. Even though it was older it was very clean and kept up.

Inaccurate description of hotel rooms. Lack of staff understanding. We were supposed to have a room with a “grand” view of Puget Sound which we paid for but it was far from that. Lack of cleanliness in the bathroom.

Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Bedding was not up to par. Comforter was way too heavy for time of year. Pillows were not comfortable either. Too flat. Staying there is usually a good bet for comfort, but not this visit.
