it was not bad, i would stay here again!
Pros:

Front desk was friendly but we will not be booking again do to the false advertisement.
Pros:

The location was good, a good price for the rooms. The restaurant downstairs was good. And the most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I didn’t like the false advertisement. There was no AC in the room and it was extremely hot. We had to keep the door open for so air. We called downstairs and the one thing they offered was a stand up fan. I saw some rooms having AC but we weren’t offered one of those. There was no mini fridge and we had to call them again to bring one up. Lastly, there was no complementary pastries and drinks. We were instead give a one time $10 off for the restaurant.

Hostile staff. Bugs in shower. No housekeeping. Dangerous area. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Pool was nice

Cons:

Staff are very hostile if you report an issue. We had bugs in the shower, bathroom light wouldn’t switch off, no safe in the room and even though it stated breakfast included, it was just a $10 voucher for the whole room, not per person. We then changed rooms once reporting the bugs but even though we kept requesting for housekeeping we did not get housekeeping for the whole 8 days we were there. Area is VERY dangerous with homeless people and drug usage on every corner.

They then stated that there were no ‘bed bugs’ even though I said bugs in the shower so they clearly didn’t even bother reading the complaint properly. They then said they can give us back £77 each (we paid over £1,000) and upon rejecting this and correcting them about the bugs and stating I have video evidence they have now flat out rejected all communication and no compensation for their dirtiness and hostility towards us while there.

Do NOT recommend staying here!! Photo added is just a screenshot of the video taken of the bugs which were all around the drain and going up the wall.

Pros:

las habitaciones eran grandes

Cons:

los baños estaban sin reformar antiguos, no limpian todos los días. El desayuno es un desastre, cada día te cobran algo diferente, te viene en el plato comida diferente o cantidad diferente aunque pidas lo mismo y luego no son muy amables. Los alrededores están llenos de homeless.

Pros:

The hotel quality was much better than I expected with comfortable rooms and excellent eating facilities. Staff was happy and very helpful too.

Cons:

Whilst the location is central and close to public transport, there are a tremendous number of homeless people which can be off-putting. Many have obvious mental health issues with others physical disabilities or other health issues. They did cause us any problems but it was disheartening to see without any obvious support for them.

Good for a night, next time I’ll be staying elsewhere.
Pros:

Close to downtown.

Cons:

I tried using the ATM and no money came out. I was charged. Staff informed me that the hotel couldn’t do anything about the fact that I was just robbed out of the money. Also, room was very hot and the window wouldn’t open. Receptionist was rude.

Great place !
Pros:

I loved the area, it had private parking for price which is expected for the area. The staff was very sweet and kind. The room was nice and comfortable looked clean. Service was quick as well.

Cons:

I could not find an ac unit but it did have a heater. This could be due to the area being relatively cool overall.

Weekend Trip With Wife
Pros:

Check in was smooth, simply and easy. Nicole at the front desk was fun, talkative and very easy to work with! Nicole gave us great service was also accommodating ,and my wife and I are truly grateful.
The bed was also very comfortable and, the room rate was fair especially since we had booked last minute. It’s been a wonderful trip, and I would highly recommend. Do watch out for the expensive parking valet, that’s the only complaint.
