The staff was amazing above and beyond. And the Wi-Fi I brought my PlayStation 5, and it was exceptional, I could not believe running a streaming game and I did not have any problems. It was like I was at home. Wired, in.

Enjoyable and overall a great experience. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Did not do the Breakfast,so I can't say anything about it. In house parking was a bonus, Pool availability was a nice add on.

Cons:

I would have liked to stay longer.

I liked the fact that our room and beds were made once during our two day stay.

Cons:

No continental breakfast. There was coffee and dried out crescents. When I made my booking, I specifically used the breakfast filter because I knew that i had no time to go to breakfast somewhere else in the morning with my scheduled activities. I asked for breakfast when I booked the room. I also asked for free parking, but parking was $68 for the two nights we stayed. It was a very awkward spot to squeeze the car in and was a nightmare to park. The bed was very uncomfortable. Air condition literally made a loud screeching drill noise for half an hour in the middle of the night until we turned it off completely. There was no sound proof whatsoever. You could here everyone talking, peeing and walking on top of your head. The hotel was nothing to look at. Outdated, not classic.

Pros:

The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly. The room is very large compared to others in the area.

Cons:

I had two issues with my stay: (1) the location is not good, I felt unsafe in the hotel area in the evening. (2) The hotel describes the included breakfast as a "buffet breakfast". That is false advertising: the "breakfast" is pastries and coffee\tea.

The style of the room

Cons:

Check in was at 4. Got there at 350 they said the room wasn’t ready. It would be another 15-30 min. At 4:30 the room still wasn’t ready. We had reservations at 5. We had to get ready in the lobby 1 stall bathroom and in the parking garage. Got back at 10:15 they still showed the room wasn’t ready. Had staff go check it and it was ready! Soooo was it ready at 4:00 but nobody marked that it was clean?? The manager was not in site but next door at the sister hotel and would not help staff with all the customers that couldn’t ck in at 4!

Pros:

Location was good but some homeless might be dangerous at dark.
Lobby is quite small
Room was good furniture however it was smells too bad cleaning not so good.
Service and stuff was fantastic so helpfull and smiley. Thanks for SAM and receptionist lady in the morning.
And last thing breakfast is completely disapointed. İt was kind of snack

An amazing stay
Pros:

This is the cutest hotel, I'm so glad I found it. Edward and Sam we extremely professional and helpful. As soon as I walked in, they greeted my family and I. I love everything about our room. The beds and all the furniture was super cute. The windows are beautiful and I think this is my all time favorite hotel. I am definitely staying here again, I wish I lived here!!! The building was easy to find and I love that they had guest parking.
