Would love to continue to stay when I go to the city a few times a month but need better customer.
Pros:

It is usually my go to hotel but this was a bad experience.

Cons:

I paid for a room with bathroo., was given a room with shared bathroom. When I checked in it took awhile because the staff was moving very slowly and could not find reservation (she was in another hotel portal). I was running behind my plans and did not have time to go to the other hotel with all my belongs and figure out, such an inconvenience.
