Hotel Zelos has a mandatory Destination Fee per night per room. The following amenities for all our guests will be included at a nominal charge per night (plus tax).

Would book Hotel Zelos again!
Pros:

Jazzy & Zofran were the best!! They made our stay even better , they’re very welcoming, friendly & professional. The location is also great for exploring SF, and their restaurant Dirty Habit was also very good.

Booked a last minute stay and just from walking in, the energy was exceptional, a big thanks to Jeff for assisting me throughout the check-in process. It’s my first day in the city and I can say for certain, I’m already loving it just based off of the energy in this hotel

Great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Zelos for the SF Marathon. It was a good location to the starting line. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jezel for helping us at check in.

Wonderful experience 10 out of 10
Pros:

From the time my husband and I parked the car to us grabbing a bite to eat, the experience was exquisite, none of this could not have happen without the most respectful, knowledgeable greeting from Amish. He was the catalyst for such an amazing stay.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Very lovely hotel with convenient location! Yasmin helped us check in and she was incredibly nice, we were able to get an early check in so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around all day!

Best hotel ever
Pros:

Truly the most amazing hotel! So clean and beautiful everything about the experience start to finish was truly incredible. Would absolutely come back here anytime we’re in San Francisco. Anish and Jasmine at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind and made everything so easy!

A short trip, yet it left a beautiful impression on my memory.
Pros:

The location is excellent—right in the city center and surrounded by numerous restaurants, famous brands, parks, and a cinema. The reception staff are friendly and responsive to guest requests. I was also particularly impressed by their exceptional bathrobes.

Hotel descolado em Downtown

O hotel é lindo e extremamente bem localizado. As instalações são confortáveis e muito bem decoradas. O staff é muito simpático. Cama e chuveiro excelentes e oferece ótimas amenidades. Apesar da localização central, tem boa acústica, parece um oásis em Downtown. Meu quarto era super silencioso.

Cons:

O café da manhã é gostoso, porém muito caro, principalmente considerando que o hotel fica numa área repleta de boas opções como o Caffe Central, meu favorito.
Durante a limpeza, levaram meu travesseiro de bordo junto com a roupa de cama e nunca mais o vi. No entanto, o staff pediu desculpas e me ofereceu desconto nas taxas. Considero uma boa saída, apesar de ter sido uma perda afetiva, pois o travesseiro tinha sido presente do meu afilhado quando pequenininho.

Beautiful room, relaxing stay in downtown SF!
Pros:

Our stay at the Hotel Zelos was excellent. The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job and were also very friendly. I would recommend the Hotel if you are coming to San Francisco for a visit!

bad smelly room with old noisy aircon

good location with easy access to transport and Union Square. Large and comfortable bed, yet is not making up for the price-tag

Cons:

Room small badly, carpet need a proper clean, and air need to be refreshed (aircon was old and noisy, keeping me up at night). Shower with no pressure. Breakfast was included in the booking, but I only received a $22 voucher, which do not cover food, drink, tax and tips, ending up to pay additions every morning, pretty misleading, as the included breakfast was a reason I choose the hotel

Awesome Stay
Pros:

We had an awesome 2 night stay with friends and family. We had a total of 4 rooms among our group and everyone raved about their clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and cool vibe. Location is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to book again when visiting San Francisco.
