Hotel Zelos San Francisco

The hotel location was extremely convenient for finding public transportation and the hotel room was very comfortable being in the middle of the city.

The room was too big with a king bed. It was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect.

Perfect and affordable place to stay. Greeted by receptionist Jazmin and she’s accommodating and pleasant to have. She answered all our questions and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Hotel Zelos is a great hotel! We arrived early and Jeff and Jesille provided excellent customer service, by ensuring that we were properly checked in and all of our needs were meet. Jeff even called us to let us know that our room was ready. The top notch customer service Jeff and Jesille gave use was like nothing I have seen in a long time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is not just looking for a good hotel but a great customer service staff as well. You could tell that they both cared about the customer as well as the type of service they provided to each individual. The rooms were very clean, and the location was spot on! I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit San Francisco!

Great location and amazing staff that was warm and welcoming. I got upgraded in my room which was a great room that was huge and extremely clean and overall beautiful.

Booked my stay through Hotwire and got a decent price. The lobby is under construction so check in is on the 5th floor. It’s a nice property that has recently been updated. The staff was a bit rude when I checked in, perhaps they were just overwhelmed but I got a bad vibe from the guy that checked me in. Maybe it was because I booked through a third party?

My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. My view was an office building that was fairly close so I kept my curtains closed the entire stay otherwise I felt I was on display.

My favorite part of my stay was the shower. It was fricken amazing!! Stay for the shower if nothing else.

My main complaint is the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Being from the midwest I wake up at 3:00am PST and had to wait until 5 for starbucks to open and 6:30 for the hotel to put out their coffee.

Nice location just off Market and close to downtown.

There are great hotels in town with coffee makers and without attitudes. I may try this one again but for now I’m not a big fan.

The location is extraordinarily convenient for the convention in Moscone Center. Very welcoming atmosphere. The room was very clean and orderly. The receptionist Jasmine was greatly helpful and gave us all the information and options we needed. Glad to have booked my stay with her, 10/10.
