Enjoyed our stay, would do it again next trip
Pros:

We splurged on the suite so having extra room was nice. The hot water struggled to work out first day and it sounded like that might be a common issue. Day 2 though it worked like a charm so not sure what the deal was. It’s an old building that’s been remodeled. For the price it was awesome. Walked to tons of things.

EL estilo del Hotel es agradable, principalmente la zona del lobby.

Cons:

1. Los alimentos del desayuno: Poco variado, huevos de harina y sólo tres menú: huevo, salchichas y patatas
2. Habitación sin Caja fuerte; no se puede guardar cosas de valor
3. La habitación no contiene botellas con agua o información sobre el agua del grifo
4. En el ingreso de Check Inn el persona debe brindar información sobre estadía, entrega de cupones para desayuno; debe entregar algún recibo por el cobro y, el depósito. Sobre este último solo aplica el cargo sin más informaciónT

Pros:

Room was clean. The entrance to the hotel is looking great. Fast check-in.

Cons:

Though the hotel was located 5 minutes from union square, right after the corner there were lots of homelesses, which made it very unpleasant to walk around.

Room itself was clean but too small for a family of 4 people.

Pros:

The staff are great and I have no issues with them at all. But the hotel itself is outdated; it’s clear the owners aren't investing in it. At this price point, the value just isn't there. When you're paying $300 a night, you shouldn't have to deal with a lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer or even a complimentary bottle of water. It’s a $150 hotel at best. You can find far better options for the same money.
