Charming, central and slightly quirky; a memorable stay at an excellently staffed establishment.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, very central, right at the lip of Union Square. I really liked the bathroom. It was simple but well-appointed with good water pressure in the shower. I liked the shelf above the sink, a small detail but it really made a difference. The staff were wonderful, personable and responsive. It was a effortless check-in and I had requested an earlier one not thinking they would accommodate me and they had my room ready. That really helps when you have less than 24 hours to stay, the ease of being able to throw your luggage into your room and leave to see the city. The check-out person was lovely and I had a great conversation as I waited for my cab, which is rare in such a big city and the sweetest way to end a stay:)

Cons:

The desk could have been not as abused as it appeared. The alarm clock with the extra plugs could have been a little more weighted so that it didn't feel quite as flimsy. I appreciated the safe, however it was located underneath the end of the bed and I kept banging my shin on it's open door and the instructions on how to lock it was microscopic and I had to lie down to read them. It was weird and quirky and even slightly charming in a dorm-room sort of way! My view was of a brick wall, which didn't matter as I wasn't there to look out the window.

Very clean, the room was nice and the staff were friendly.
Pros:

It was so close to everything, just step out the front and hop on the tram it was so handy.

Cons:

They only have one lift and it’s was very slow. I could have used the stairs but when your on the 8th floor it to much.

Pros:

La ubicación. Podía caminar o tomar un colectivo adonde quisiera. Rodeada de negocios muy lindos

Cons:

No me gustó que no tuviera heladera o cafetera en la habitación. La mayoría de hoteles que conozco ofrecen eso a sus huéspedes. Agrego que me sorprendió la ducha no tuviera contención de agua . Se salpicaba fuera del espacio de ducha , a pesar de su declive .

Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch. Prima kamer, niet heel groot, maar groot genoeg voor een paar dagen San Fransisco. Dichtbij al het ov. Kamers zijn schoon, goede badkamer, vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!

Cons:

Geen dagelijkse schoonmaak, maar daar kun je wel gewoon om vragen als je wilt.

Pequeño hotel en el centro del downtown de SF
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento, en el mismo centro del downtown de San Francisco. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas después del check-out.

Cons:

Pequeño y con poco espacio para dejar la ropa para el precio que tiene. Fue complicada la comunicación con ellos previo a la reserva. Los enchufes USB no funcionaban.
