Floor dangerous when wet and often is due to weather

Location is great, walking distance to the beach. No issues with location.
We’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years, we’ve never had an issue before… until now.
First day we arrived, the toilet wasn’t working properly, they said they sent someone to fix it but the same issues occurred.
Beds were very uncomfortable!
The entire hotel was NASTY!!!! First room we stayed in we found SEVERAL cockroaches, was moved to a second room and found even more!!!!!
Needless to say; we LEFT admittedly!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTING!!!!
The staff made the comment about recently having a cockroach issue but stated “they self sprayed and don’t know if they’re going from room to room”.
We ended up spending thousands of dollars on a new room (since it was last minute) after spending over a thousand dollars on this hotel. I requested a full refund but it takes 5-7 business days.
Overall, this place needs shut down.
Cant beat the price for the short walk to the beach ! The fact that it also had free parking js a bonus. Rooms were clean as well

Your front desk staff was very rude to me.It was unnecessary. He was later nicer , but he was still very rude and said some things he shouldn't have said.
