Great location, friendly staff and clean!
Pros:

The river walk was easily accessible and a great location for great restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Pros:

First thing that I noticed when we got off the elevator was how dirty the hallway carpet was. At least vacuum it. Second time we got to the room the key card didn't work. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come up

Basic hotel. No frills.
Pros:

Beautiful location.

Cons:

Pool was nasty. Rooms were small with minimal furniture. Bathroom was the size of a closet. Would have expected more from Marriott.
