Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was wonderful on the riverwalk by the Manatee river. It was raining while l was there so l didn’t get to walk out there much.

I ordered a hamburger from the Bistro down stairs to bring back to my room. That was the best burger! I enjoyed my room. It was very comfortable and loved the view from the balcony.

Cons:

The hallways carpet needs to be replaced….looked dirty and worn.

The location was good for the purpose we needed it. The room was a good size for 5, 2 adults and 3 small children.

Cons:

Not clean, horrible smell. Didn't have any water in the fridge. The breakfast option was subpar.

Great staff ! I wrecked my vehicle on my way down there and I gave them a call and they had everything ready when I got there late

Pleasant people great view
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and courteous .

Cons:

Some odd things happening , one day a group of kids running down the hall and nearly ran me over and knocked me down . And then on a return trip back there was something happening that cops were corralling a group of people to continue past our hotel a lot nerve racking
