悪くはないが特別良くもない。
Pros:

ワールドカップ期間の訪問。立地がよく、バンクーバーのスタジアムにいきやすかった。

Cons:

テレビの回線が繋がらないのでフロントに行ったら、QRに説明あるからと言われたけど、そんな問題ではなく繋がらずサービスの人を呼ばないと直らない状態だった。

It was old and dirty. It did not worth the cost we paid.
Pros:

Hotel is located at a good place. There are a lot of places reachable by walk. Public transportation was accessable and lose.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. The bedsheets was not clean. At the first day we arrived too late aroung 11pm and we were tired to check the bedsheets and the room cleaness. It was not a good experience for us.

The staff are helpful and the room is clean.

Overall good in terms of location, staff and sleeping, please fix the elevator as soon is possible.

The Location and the attention of the front desk staff, the cleanliness, the housekeeping team.

Cons:

During our staying one of the two elevator was out of order, it caused so much frustration among the guest, and our staying since the waiting was more than regular two or three minutes, it was at times about eight or more minutes, or wait again since there was no room to fit in the unit, and wait again so, using stairs was not an option if you are at the seventh floor. We noticed not only us but few other guest annoyed by this situation, at the room the fan of the bathroom was very loud. Overall good in terms of location and sleeping. But please fix the elevator as soon is possible.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The bedroom was clean.

Cons:

The bar/ restaurant was very dated and dirty. The elevators were filthy. The bathroom in our room had an odor of mildew.
