Great location but needs more work on keeping rooms clean
Pros:

The location was good and the front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not good. For the price of the room for 4 nights I expected the room to be cleaned and bins to be emptied daily

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and has a gorgeous rooftop terrace.

Cons:

I imagine the high cost was due to the long weekend, but for what we paid, it would be nice to have more than 1 ply.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Stayed 1 night following a cruise.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was clean and rooms spacious and comfortable.
Front desk staff were really nice.
Short walk to ferry to Granville Island a bonus too.

This hotel is old and worn and needs a update
Pros:

The staff. Whenever we had any interaction with the staff they were polite and courteous. They were friendly and able to answer our question.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned daily. The garbage was not emptied, dirty towels not replaced, beds where not made. No house keeping was done until we asked for it. The water in the bath tub drained very slowly because the drain was clogged with dirt.

Pros:

It had really good toiletries

Cons:

This was a $150 outdated room ( def not worth $550 a night ) with rock hard beds and lumpy pillows. There is more we didn’t like but this made for a horrible night after a long day.
