A very acceptable hotel in a busy city.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful booking taxis and advising the price we should expect to pay ,also for booking attractions. Buffet style breakfast was very good. Restaurants a short walk from the hotel. It was also one of the Rocky Mountaineer drop off points.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Conveniently placed hotel with great staff, room aqnd facilities
Pros:

The staff, facilities and room were really good.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor for the price we paid for it and it turned out that we shouldnt have paid extra for it as it was complimentary. As a complimentary breakfast it was adequate but it was very poor for the amount we paid for it.

A good location when visiting Vancouver.
Pros:

Decent location as walkable to many sites we wanted to see. One of the sites for pickup by Rocky Mountaineer. Clean and comfortable. Safe.

Die Lage ist super und das Hotelzimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Das Morgenbuffet wahr nicht gut. Es hatte fast nichts was man Essen konnte. Der Kaffee war schrecklich. Das Hotelpersonal ( ausser die Reinigungskräft ) wahr sehr unfreundlich.

Great location, close to everything. Very clean.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. They communicated well when I asked for my room to be cleaned. Location is excellent. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and is was good being able to park outside the lobby to drop off our luggage

Cons:

Very noisy air conditioning in room, insufficient space for two people to eat in the room and limited choice for breakfast. Disappointing considering the high price of the room.
