Pleasantly surprised, definitely recommend the property

The main floor doesn’t have a washroom unless you use the staff one
The lockers were pretty small so just warn people to pack lightly
Rooms are a little dated, especially bathroom for the price

Comfortable Home Away from Home
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. I loved relaxing on the velvet couch and looking out the large windows. The kitchen was just right for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Although there was construction during the day, the nights were very quiet. I liked sitting on the balcony at night and looking at all of the lights. The location is great. It is a quiet street and, just a short walk away, there is a busy street filled with lots of restaurants, bakeries, stores, and a fantastic wine store. Walking to the beach was easy too. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Cons:

Although it is not their fault, there was construction noise close by during the day. Luckily it didn't start too early and ended around 4PM.

Good option for a business trip with a lot of late night food options around.
Pros:

Good location, I liked the self-check-in and the unit was really large. Larger than I expected even, with enough space to work and relax.

Cons:

It's supply and demand, but I happen to be in town during WebSummit so I ended up paying over $500 per night for a $250 per night hotel. At that price, it's always hard to swallow. The place was a bit run down and I wish there were mosquito screens so I could open the window without bugs and leaves flying in at night.

I really liked how welcoming the staff are. They made it a great experience.

Cons:

The AC is too loud in both the room and living room. It was a difficult night sleep with the noise.

Für uns hat Preis/Leistung nicht gepasst, vielleicht sind andere Zimmer besser

Nettes, zentrales Hotel und super Ausgangspunkt. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr dunkles Zimmer im 3.stock mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Auch das kalte Licht im Zimmer hat leider alles recht ungemütlich gemacht. Sehr kleines Badezimmer

We will stay at The Sunset Hotel again.
Pros:

Great location, near the beach and many restaurants. The hotel room is more like an apartment and with nice furnishings. It was nice having a full kitchen. Also, staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

No complaints.
