Close proximity to where I needed to go
1. Charging my card for "incidentals" which they have yet to reimburse since all I did was check in, sleep and shower the next morning 2. They don't tell you they will be charging you for "incidentals" until after you have booked and checked in 3. No complimentary breakfast- you are told to go across the street to get a "disxount" at a high priced bagel cage that doesn't even amount to 5% discount. 4. Shower set up is asinine: shower curtain isn't long enough to keep water from going out into the bathroom area. 5. Guest services seemed to be annoyed that I was checking in around midnight due to a flight delay. They kept reminding me that if I didn't turn in my room key at checkout I would be charged for 'incidentals" 6. The fan and a/c would not cool below 72°F no matter what setting you choose. 7. The windows are so thin that you literally hear all the traffic and riff raff of local gangbangers hanging out at the bus stop at 1 am making all sorts of noise

Location is unbeatable, heart of DC, next to 3 metro lines that can take you anywhere

Ha a reggeli benne van az árban opciót választjuk akkor is csak 15 dollárnyi kupont kapunk. Tehát igazából csak kedvezményt ad, de ténylegesen fizetni kell a reggeliért.
Nagyon közel a látnivalókhoz, tiszta, self-check-in is van, ár-érték hibátlan, complementary víz és üveg hozzá nagyon jól esett.

В целом всё было хорошо. Единственный минус это кроват она очень сильно неудобная, мы с мужем так и не поняли на кого они рассчитаны. Кровати как будто детские.
