Horrible
Pros:

I had an extremely rude manager named Giovanni Benitez who had poor customer service and wouldn't do anything to resolve the solution. His manager Milen Menase made a horrible decision to cancel my reservation and left me without any lodging. I came to Washington for three days. Benitez ruined it with his lack of compassion and professionalism. Benitez needs a demotion and additional training in performing his duties. I rate this poor.

Pros:

We had a wedding reception at a much fancier and more expensive hotel two and a half blocks away, so we chose this hotel for the nearby location. We got breakfast vouchers for the excellent French bakery/cafe across the street (Le Pain Quotdien) which we visited every morning. The subway entrance was literally right next to our hotel, which made accessing transportation extremely easy! We loved getting around town so well this way. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, as well as landmarks like the White House just a couple blocks away. The room was comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Perfect gelegen hotel. Netjes en ruime kamer.
Pros:

Perfect gelegen hotel! Je krijgt ook kaartjes om te ontbijten bij Pain quotidien, schuin tegenover het hotel (goed voor 15 euro). Daar kan je lekker en rustig ontbijten.

Cons:

De bedden konden beter.

Die Lage zur Metro und zum weißen Haus sind sehr gut.
Es gibt kostenlos Kaffee und Tee 24 h im 2. Stock.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück bekommt man eine 15 Dollar Gutscheinkarte für die Bäckerei gegenüber. Leider kostet dort das billigste Sandwich 14 Dollar...
In der Umgebung sind jetzt nicht gerade viele Lokalitäten, um noch etwas Essen zu gehen.

The room was very small and bed was ok but not perfect. On booking. Com it was advertised that there was parking, but didn't stipulate we would have to pay
