The took a deposit and didn’t return it. We stayed one night and left it in good condition
Pros:

Decent location with nearby parking and transportation.

Cons:

They took $100 deposit when I arrived after already paying for the room and I never got it back.

Not really what I expected
Pros:

The staff was really nice, I liked that the room had two tvs and two different sitting areas

Cons:

The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower head in the bathroom didn’t have strong water pressure, no garbage bags

Lovely place that makes travel easy
Pros:

Perfect location with it being right next to a metro station, it made it so easy to get around. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the AC controls were great. The furniture and decorations were really nice as well.

Cons:

When I arrived there was some food and crumbs under the desk. Additionally, the door was very thin and I could hear everything in the hallway. Thankfully it was pretty quiet during my stay but I imagine during busy seasons it could be disruptive.

Friendly receptionist
Pros:

The receptionist was courteous and professional. He told me he has been at the D.C. location for a year, when I asked him. I told him that I hoped he liked his position at CQ because he was a real asset to the staff there.
