Avoid this hotel
Cons:

I rarely leave reviews, but due to my disappointing experience at this hotel, I feel it is important to share my feedback.

During our 3-day stay, we were woken up twice at around 6:00 AM by a loud noise coming from our room. Instead of showing understanding or trying to resolve the issue, the staff handled the situation very poorly. The employee working the early morning shift on June 13, 2026, was dismissive and showed little empathy. The staff member who took over afterward was even more unprofessional and came across as rude, making us feel as though we were somehow at fault for reporting the problem.

Good customer service starts with listening to guests and taking their concerns seriously. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

In addition, be prepared for very long waiting times for the elevators, especially during busy hours. Bathroom was old and the lock of the bathroom didn't work in both rooms.

Because of the unprofessional attitude of the staff and the unresolved disturbance during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great quality for the price!
Pros:

The location of this hotel was beyond amazing! Farragut West station is literally right by the hotel's door, you can get to the hotel from the airport by metro very comfortably and it will only cost you 2.5USD!! The location was amazing, with many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was impeccable, they were very friendly and always responded to my needs. Overall, this was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I would've appreciated a mini-fridge in the room, but this doesn't take away from the value of the hotel.

Месторасположение удобное, рядом метро и основные точки для посещения

Cons:

Нет шумо изоляции (в центре города!!!), окна допотопные. Сильный шум города (гул кондиционеров, транспорта, сирены), особенно в ночное время. В ночь с 15 на 16.06 невозможно было уснуть - ночные работы (с 0.30 до 3.00 утра), без всякого предупреждения. Вишенка на торте - завтрак, «включенный в стоимость»: вам дают карточку (15 дол) в кафе напротив (!) и на эту сумму можно взять одно яйцо, круассан, шматок хлеба и обычный (невкусный) кофе. Все остальное нужно доплачивать, что выливается в приличную сумму. В общем, развод по-вашингтонски. Цена-качество просто нет смысла комментировать.

te duur voor wat we gekregen hebben.
Pros:

ligging is super, letterlijk beneden heb je de metro. daar je met je kamerkaart de lift bedient is dat een heel veilig gevoel.

Cons:

bij inchecken vonden wij het personeel heel onbeleeft. duidelijk staan ze daar tegen hun zin. ik moest nog een deposit doen, moest ik zelf naar vragen waarom, geen uitleg niets. de plaatsing van ons bed was ook niet ideaal. 1 van ons moest over de andere heen stappen om in bed te komen. mijn man slaapt met een sepap machine, weinig plek om die te zetten, we hebben heel inventief moeten zijn. na vraag of ze een verlengkabel hadden was het antwoord, er is een winkel waar je dat kan aanschaffen. zelfs niet gaan kijken of ze iets hadden.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questa struttura. Camera molto ampia per gli standard americani, pulitissime le stanze e il bagno. A due passi dalla casa bianca. Consigliatissimo.

Nice hotel, terrible parking situation

Clean and great location

Cons:

Parking. I was told to park at Joyce Parking Garage, I was told I had an after hours pin to get to my vehicle. Parking garage closed at 6PM and I couldn't get to my car until 6AM
