Pros:

The location is exceptional. But otherwise it was a mixed experience.24hour checkin is a bonus.
The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The staff was unprofessional, the room was not cleaned despite our instructions..
Paying 2000 rupees was not worth it other than its proximity to the railway station!

The rooms can do with a bit more cleanliness, cleaner bedsheets, one or two cockroaches roaming around, the staff seemed disinterested in serving customers. The value of money was not fulfilled.

Cons:

Already written above.Recommending to friends will be dicey!

Good location, manageable room.
Pros:

I had an early morning train to catch and the location being next to the MGR Chennai Central Railway Station is what I liked.

Cons:

As usual in India, the room felt too "closed like deep inside a cave" and small.
