- Милый персонал
- Удобная кровать
- Есть достаточно удобств для своей цены: кондиционер, чайник, фен, принадлежности для душа и тд

Cons:

У меня был двухэтажный номер. Даже если это и было где-то в бронировании, то это абсолютно неочевидно. Такое стоит указывать в названии номера. Наверху - кровать, внизу - все остальное. По факту нужно постоянно ходить вверх-вниз. У меня болела нога, и мне было сильно неприятно :(
Сам номер сильно уставший, хотя какие-то мелочи в отеле обновляют. В целом в ту же поездку жила в Тбилиси дешевле и лучше, поэтому была расстроена.
Также во время моего проживания произошел недолгий блэкаут. Было бы здорово предлагать постояльцам в это время фонарики, так как такое в Тбилиси случается часто.

Simple but convenient stay
Pros:

The location is great, staff was super attentive, and had a really good night sleep.

Cons:

I didn’t realise the room didn’t have a window. My bad for not checking properly, but it felt like staying in a box.

Все было хорошо. Чистые номера. Удобно расположен. Прекрасные люди. Помогли с парковкой )

Жалко, что нет завтраков. Но есть кухня и все необходимое.

Pros:

Замечательный персонал, очень внимательная хозяйка отеля и девушка на ресепшене, чистый уютный номер, расположение превосходное, сам отель очень уютный, тихий, шикарный мини отель!

Cons:

Подушки очень неудобные оказались для нас, но на этот случай мы взяли свои, так как знаем, что не всегда в отелях нам подходят подушки😁 это не минус, скорее информация для тех, у кого тоже есть проблема с позвоночником))

Good value. Walking distance of most sights we wanted to see.

Очень рад, что выбрал именно этот отель. Соотношение цена и качество полностью соответствует.
Устроило все. Чистота номера, регулярная уборка, пополнение расходников в сан узле. Отношение девушки, которая на рецепшене было очень уважительным, доброжелательным. Расположение отеля также удобное, в спокойной уютно части города.
Если честно, за эту неделю так сроднился с местом проживания, что не верилось, что настал день отъезда... Если приеду еще раз в Тбилиси, я уже знаю, где остановлюсь.

Cons:

В целом я не считаю, что нужно упомянуть что-то из минусов, так как даже если они есть, то это естественно для любого отеля и их можно найти, если поставить такую цель. Но гостеприимство, забота и качественный сервис перекрывают любые возможные минусы в данном случае.
