Fantabulous experience all around, the staff the food the room was exceptional especially the LP's !!! Absolutely loved it and would return anytime! xD

Warm inviting ambiance, clean as a whistle, fully stocked in arts, cuisine, coffee, and revelry. Love the "white noise buffers"... ! Product selections for Every need available in the room....plenty of climate and lightning options to suit your needs as well.

Good location funky cool vibe in lounge. Not great for bus. Can't have computers in open center of hotel lounge to listen to music, have to sit around corner. At night the club music is so loud you can't sleep. There is a noise machine in the room to try and block out which does a decent job but it is loud..it goes past 3am.

Clean, convenient to where we needed to be, great lobby, bar, restaurant

This hotel is absolutely chic and beautiful yet welcoming and friendly. The staff (shout out to Danny) made our anniversary stay even more special. Thank you for that! The hotel is conveniently located near the ACE subways. It’s in the heart of Tribeca so you have your pick of the best dining. The hotel has a beautiful bar that serves every cocktail you can imagine. There is complimentary live music plus a speak easy like venue within the hotel that we will definitely try out next time ( it was closed for a private party). There is also a nightclub for the adventurous who can stay up late. lol. Our breakfast the next day was amazing. This is an great hotel. I would definitely recommend!

Check in was smooth and efficient and Zillah could not have been more warm and welcoming. We feel very valued as guests here and will always return.

One of the best hotels in North America and New York. Exceptionally clean, and has plenty of stuff to do — the food and jazz bar are very authentic! Front desk agent Zillah is an absolute star — she was super helpful whenever I needed anything. Will definitely come back!

Zillah was incredible she really made our night such wonderful hospitality and so welcoming. She gave us a glass of prosecco as a welcome and congrats for our upcoming wedding. Instantly thrilled with her smile and the Roxy atmosphere. We are so lucky she was working when we got here!

We were impressed with the service at the front desk throughout the check in process- Zillah was a friendly face to welcome us in, was helpful, and informative.

Our experience at the Roxy was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious. The location was incredibly convenient to get uptown and downtown. Only downsides about it were the lighting wasn’t great for getting ready and the only full length mirror in the room on the closet door was essentially a funhouse mirror. Roger the bellman made the experience 100x better by being so enjoyable to chat with, quick at grabbing our bags, and calling a last minute taxi for us to the airport. His customer service and overall care were nothing short of stellar. Looking forward to making our way back here again soon!
