Zillah was so welcoming and informative about the amenities. She answered our questions and even gave us a glass of prosecco!

Zillah checked me in with kindness efficiency and cheer. I loved the lobby and my room was great.

I have booked rooms at The Roxy Hotel on 4 seperate business occasions. The location couldn’t be more perfect, as I have appointments all over the city. The food , drinks and coffee are all great!
There is live music all the time here- but don’t dispair - there is a built in “white noise” that you can adjust to block it out - or just leave on for great sleep!

This last visit I was greeted upon check in by Zillah. She had a nice bright, welcoming smile and a processed a super -quick check in . She was Very professional yet, personable and fun!
She made me feel like a VIP.! An hour later , I even received a phone call from Zillah asking how my room was, if I needed anything and to thank me for staying there. Wow! That was unexpected and very much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back!

Zillah was amazing upon arrival. My flight got cancelled and she welcomed me with such kindness and made sure I was all set for a nice evening.

The hotel is very nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. We would especially like to highlight the reception. Zillah welcomed us, and she was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was handled perfectly, and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you Zillah.

It was old and funky without feeling “tired

Zillah was great! She was really kind and made our stay special.

I just checked in today and was greeted by the loveliest receptionist, Zillah. I wish all hotel check ins were like the experience I had with her: friendly, warm, genuine and lovely. She was so helpful and caring. It was past the prosecco hours but she still went to the bar to bring me a complimentary glass along with some other treats. Looking forward to my stay, it’s certainly off to a great start! Thank you, Zillah!

This is such a cool hotel in a great neighbourhood. The room was spacious and has a very art deco feel, like the rest of the hotel. We wouldn’t normally go to the bars or cafes in the hotel as they usually feel generic but we loved both at The Roxy.
The staff are also so helpful and friendly.

Zillah took great care of us during our stay at the Roxy Hotel. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend the Roxy and look forward to returning!

L’emplacement et le service

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! My home-away-from-home whenever I stay in NYC. Absolutely wonderful front desk personnel. Nick and Marko were super helpful.

Great stay at The Roxy, it’s fun, full of character and the team have a ‘can do’ attitude. Jazz on most of the time. Oysters and other food too. Great location.

This is a unique hotel property, featuring a jazz lounge, bar/restaurant and coffee shop. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel gets loud sometimes with the live music, but a white noise machine is provided in the room to counteract that. Overall a decent stay, probably better if I liked jazz and was into the party atmosphere of the hotel.
